Unfortunately Google does not allow for the much necessary 6th star of Awesomeness, that this rare jewel in a land of forest and wildlife truly deserves. So after much internal strife I must settle for the mere 5th star of Loved It.
It is the gravitational pull of the fantastic service with a smile, that brings me from the orbit of slumber to my awakening reality. At that point the excitement hits as I wonder, what will today's cup of nectar from the tradespeople of Collectivo be? Possibly a Guatemalan, or perhaps a Black & Tan, what's this an Ethiopian? How did I make the far drive here without this much needed caffeine? At this point I wonder, "what could make this day better?"
And it occurs to me; they have epicurean delights!! Cinnamon rolls, breakfast burritos, and baked oatmeal, Oh my! Fortunately for me I am able to avail myself of these treats at least five days a week, so there is no need to hurry. And they are open for lunch. To flip everything upside-down, I had a salad for breakfast. It was splendid!! And I love a good tossed salad.
This place truly is the best. But don't take my word for it, try it for yourself. And don't let the road construction scare you off. There is parking accessible from USH 45. It's the first driveway north of the intersection.
And while you are in the area, go check out the rest of the town. You'll find real nice people. Say "hi" to...
Read moreGreat coffee and food but first impressions last a lifetime. My husband and I had never been at this establishment before. We walk in to no greeting but yet they were greeting all of their regulars that came in. We asked if they served food and were handed a menu. We ordered and took a seat. I’m pretty sure the dark haired middle aged lady was the owner who was basically on her phone most of the time laughing loudly. It was obvious we hadn’t been there before so we thought maybe on the way out one of the workers would say something like hope you liked it or thank you or have a great day. Nope nothing, in fact the dark haired women purposely turned her back so she wouldn’t have to say anything to us. She sure had the energy for her regulars that came in to thank them and were given a “have a great day”. I work in customer service and I greet every and all customers that walk thru our doors regardless of who they are or what they look like. We would have liked to have found a favorite coffee shop to become regulars at as we love Collective coffee but to be treated the way we were forget it. They lost me right from the get go. My husband and I like to help out the little guy instead of the big chain coffee places and it’s unfortunate that this place didn’t even care that they could have had new...

Coffee Corner Bistro completely stole our hearts! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the warmest smiles and the yummiest smells. The drink menu is bursting with fun, one-of-a-kind flavors ☕️
The pastries? To die for. Flaky, fresh, and baked with love. Whether it was the melt-in-your-mouth scones or their dreamy cinnamon rolls, it was impossible to choose a favorite.
The vibe of this place is absolutely adorable — cozy and charming with the perfect mix of rustic and chic. It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to stay a while (and take cute photos, of course 😍).
We stayed at their Airbnb right next door, which made the experience even better. Waking up, strolling a few steps over for coffee and breakfast each morning felt like a dream.
If you’re in the area, do not miss this sweet little bistro. A+ all...
