Came here for lunch a table of five. We were the only tables in the place. Our servicer was great. But of 5 orders the kitchen got 2 wrong. Instead of mahi tacos served 2 frozen chicken tacos. Sent back. Drinks weak weak alcohol in them, beet salad had 1/2 can of beets and 10 pieces of arugula lettuce for $17! Never never go back do not recommend this place since the Glutz family bought it, definitely gone down in food! And no local discount. Will not come back there are other privately owned places to go to. Plus. They charge service fees! Doesn't matter if cash or credit card
After reading their managers response, 1st. There is NO POSTING on your menu or on line menu you charge a fee for service. Yes, other restaurants are charging a fee to use a credit card, but your restaurant charges even cash customers. Credit card fees are part of doing business! Can you imagine your grocery store charge you this fee for shopping at their store? 2nd. The two meals that were wrong, were served hot and correct but unfortunately delivered to the table after the rest of us (3) were done with our meals. We asked to have one meal comp, due to the two errors, to appease the person who had to wait so long to get hers, you only gave her 20% off. No local discounts either. Yes. Totally aware of the Glutz family who have bought up the condos, hotel, restaurant and now the cabana swim club. Big money from outside the keys, not locals. Unfortunately, this is what is happening to our keys. So a little courtesy to LOCALS would have been appreciated. Our server was great, running her butt off trying to serve us and others who were coming in, short staffed, but we watched the manager continue to decorate for Easter, but did help serve our food but had no idea whose burger was whose. ( most kitchens tag with markers which is well done verses medium, swiss verses provolone.etc) Basically over all, it wasn't the service or finally getting the correct cooked food, it was the "attitude " of the manager. Read moreI visited this restaurant on Christmas Day, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. I understand that staffing challenges can affect service during busy times, the overall experience was disappointing, especially given the occasion.
We arrived for our 7:00 PM reservation at 6:45 PM and ordered promptly. However, we didn’t receive our food until around 8:15 PM, a wait of nearly an hour and a half for a party of six. The appetizers took about an hour to arrive. This was particularly difficult with two young children in our group who were tired and close to falling asleep.
When we requested to speak with the manager, she arrived 15 minutes later and informed us that we had been waiting for 52 minutes (snotty attitude and all) speaking to us with a noticeable lack of empathy. She offered a 20% discount on dessert, though, given that most of us were exhausted, it seemed unlikely we would take her up on the offer. Her apology felt insincere, which further compounded our frustration.
What was particularly concerning was that a larger group, which had arrived nearly 30 minutes after us, was served their meal and dessert before we even received our food. When our meals finally arrived, they were underwhelming: the chicken sandwich was dry, and the fresh catch of the day, which was advertised with a mango flavor, had only a few small pieces of mango sprinkled on top. The food was not only mediocre but also priced at an unjustifiable $400 for the group.
On a positive note, the restaurant’s atmosphere was pleasant, with a beautiful ocean view and live music, which helped to salvage some of the experience. Our waitress was attentive and hardworking, though, unfortunately, I don’t recall her name. She did her best under difficult circumstances and was one of the few bright spots during our visit.
Ultimately, the poor service, long wait, and lackluster food made this Christmas meal far from enjoyable. It’s disappointing when a restaurant with a good reputation fails to deliver, and I hope that future guests have a better experience...

Got there around 8:15. The place was dead on a Saturday, which should've been the first red flag. The hostess was very rude and short, and it was very odd when halfway to our table she finally asked how we were doing, like she realized she forgot to ask us when we first came in.
25 minutes after we first walked out, our waitress finally came over to get our drink order. Another 15 minutes goes by before we even get our drinks. Then she took off before we could order dinner. Fast forward to 20 minutes later, I'm now telling my husband if she doesn't come back in 5 minutes, we will pay for the drinks and go somewhere else for dinner. We should've just left.
She came back over about 2 minutes after I said that and took our order. (Nearly an hour after our arrival). Food came out about 25 minutes later. Initially, I thought it tasted great. Hot, flavorful. Overall good. Not worth the price, but the price worth the view at least.... We finish our meals, and waited another 30 minutes for the check. My husband finally got up and asked for it after finding our waitress playing on her phone. About 10 minute later she brings it. 10 minutes go by again before she picks it back up, and then brought it right back, to our surprise. That was the only thing she did with haste all night.
$47 for a Philly, po boy, kids chicken finger, and a kids hamburger (which was literally just a party and bun. No lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc).
We walk out onto the pier to see the fish under the light (the entire reason we wanted to go there to begin with) and after about 10 minutes we literally had to run back to the car to get me to our hotel room to use the restroom.... And yes, I'm still sitting on the toilet.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Period. Awful service. Took 2 hours from start to finish. And clearly longer than that, just depending on how long I'm stuck on the...
