ABSOLUTELY NOT. NEVER AGAIN. Let me save you the trouble: Vicky Bakery is a complete disaster. Sure, it looks nice and modern — but behind that shiny facade is a total mess of a business that clearly has no idea how to function. I waited 23 damn minutes for TWO tostadas. Are you kidding me? By the time I got them, my whole order was stone cold. What kind of bakery — that claims to be established and reputable — can’t even serve basic food in a reasonable time? And it wasn’t just me. Customers who had pre-ordered THE DAY BEFORE were standing around confused and angry because their orders weren’t even ready. Not one or two — several. No one seemed to know what was going on. The staff looked like they were just making it up as they went along. There was zero communication, zero urgency, and zero accountability. It was pure chaos behind the counter — people running around like headless chickens while orders stacked up, customers complained, and food sat getting cold. Where I come from, you walk into a bakery, place your order, and you’re out the door in minutes. This? This was a complete waste of time, money, and patience. Vicky Bakery should be embarrassed. If this is how they operate on a normal day, I don’t even want to imagine what a busy day looks like. Disorganized. Incompetent. Sloppy. I walked in to this bakery and I was very surprised to see it empty despite the vast variety of goodies. They really know how to make it appealing to sugar lovers like myself..however, I really hope they make it between the Florida keys places to go on the run. We took a couple of cups latte coffee and, despite there were not clients, they made me wait almost 20 minutes. How? Vicky bakery (price wise) is not one of the most affordable bakeries in Miami. So, when it comes to price, it is really hard to compete the rest of bakeries they even stay open 24/7. But, good to see more choices. The place was extremely cold and clean. I don’t know who all these people are that are leaving one star (maybe the “competition”?) I walked in to a pristine restaurant with staff constantly cleaning. I’ve been in the Hospitality Industry for 40 years. The manager even came over to check if I was satisfied. The flan cheesecake was delicious. I went to another local place a month or 2 ago, and green stuff was growing on the cheesecake: There was no loud music, actually no music, so I don’t know what that review was about.
