Gagliano's Pizza — Restaurant in Kidder Township

The pizza was excellent. We love all pizza, but definitely appreciate that which goes above and beyond the typical. Gaglianos definitely fits the bill! We were especially impressed with the eggplant ricotta pizza, which was unusual but delicious. Wish we'd had some hot honey at our airbnb to top it with!

Our only critique was not of the food, but of the commitment to COVID safety guidelines we witnessed upon pick up. We were disappointed to see the front of of house staff only variably following the masking mandate, and all visible back house staff completely mask free when we picked up our order. I work in an in-person context and wear a mask all day as a consequence, so I'm no stranger to the occasional discomfort it can cause. But as a business providing food service, we were disappointed in the demonstrated lack of full commitment to public health. If we are in the area again, we would definitely return for the pizza. But anyone with health concerns while this pandemic continues to rage should be aware of this factor should you choose to patronize this...

Ordered 30 minutes ahead of time, when I got to the restaurant I was greeted, with attitude by the guy who runs the place with ‘Oh I’m not even close to throwing that in’. Really? I ordered 30 minutes ago. I started to walk out and he said he could throw it in ahead of some other things. Now I see why my order didn’t go in and wouldn’t have for well over 45 minutes.

If you can’t keep up with orders DONT TAKE THE ORDER. Don’t have me, after driving home from work, try to pick up for for the family when you can’t keep up your end up the deal. Say you can’t take the order and I’ll happily order elsewhere and I would come back another time. Now, a place I go to a few times a month will never get...

Outstanding pizza and wings! This would be great pizza in Philly or NYC but to find such a good pie so far from the city is rare. Location is a little bit off the road, we missed it in the first pass but were able to locate without too much trouble. I ordered an hour and a half before I wanted to pick up as I had some other errands to make first and the pie was coming out of the oven as I arrived at the appointed time. Friendly, clean and Covid compliant staff. Gagliano’s is now my choice for pizza in this area by a landslide. I made pizza myself for years and these guys do it right. No shortcuts, no screens, no parbaked crusts, no conveyor ovens. Real pizza, real good. Two...
