Ordered pizza, wings and drinks. Got a call that they are out of Sprite and I need to make a different choice. It took an hour and a half to get my order. Had just got off the phone with a manager named Hunter 2 minutes prior and he PROMISED my food would be hot but gave me excuses about no delivery drivers and they are backed up. He needs to be delivering imo. The pizza wasn't hot but barely room temp, PLUS they didn't bring the wings I ordered. The delivery girl apologized and told me to call the store. I told her I just hung up from Hunter before she arrived. Called the store again. Hunter refused to come to the phone. Spoke with Vincent? I told him it took an hour and a half to get my food. They called to tell me there is no Sprite, which I ordered, my pizza was cold after Hunter PROMISED it wouldn't be, I did not get my wings and the delivery girl told me to call the store. I'm diabetic. I haven't eaten all day (my fault) but I was dizzy, upset, hungry, almost fell when the delivery girl was handing me the cold pizza sigh. Vincent apologized for everything. Gave me several options to make it right. I chose one. Thanked Vincent. Commented that he; Vincent; should be General Manager. At least he didn't lie to me. Thanks Vincent!!! Oh!!! The box and my pizza looks like someone sat on top of it or set something heavy on it and the crust is doughy and not cooked through...Hunter made the pizza according to the app smh. Read moreI will never be ordering from this location again! I placed an order at 8:00pm for a pasta, lava cakes, and a 2L of Mr. Pibb. At 8:35 it showed on the tracker it was on getting checked and getting ready for delivery. 10pm comes around and I have yet to get my food. I called the store and it took me 20 minutes before anyone could even answer the phone. I eventually spoke to someone and asked for a refund. The lady on the phone said that they only had 2 drivers so that’s why there was a delay. I told her I was very understanding however, if you knew you were short on drivers than don’t show on the website it would be 20 minutes until my order is delivered and then while I’m checking the status the delivery time jumped to 75 minutes. That’s ridiculous. For someone who’s been in the ER all night with her son and hasn’t had the chance to eat, it’s safe to say I was starving. Now it’s too late to eat and I just want to go to bed. I will not be ordering from here again and I don’t recommend anyone else. There seems to always be something wrong with my order by the time it’s delivered or they just take way too long. Read moreApparently, these people have no idea which way is up. We placed an order for pick up. When my husband got the text message, it asked him to choose curbside or window, he chose window. When he got to the window, they said they didn't have an order for him and sent him to another store. Obviously, our order wasn't there either, because it never was. It was always with this store. When I called to find out what happened, they said the order didn't exist. I gave them the order number and said that the tracker states the order had been completed. The guy then told me the tracker is slow...which would mean it was behind, but that didn't make any sense, because how could it be behind if it was complete but we still don't have our food? Asked for a manager, someone that I am assuming isn't a manager because they failed to identify themselves said that the order had been placed for pick up, so they took the order out and "nobody was there". They had no explanation for why they would say the order didn't exist and send him to a different location. The incompetence is staggering. I'll be going back to Bobby Lupo's from now own.
