Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Killeen

I love the donuts and kolaches, but it is so frustrating to order the sausage kolaches WITHOUT jalapenos, but get the one WITH jalapenos instead. This has happened at multiple locations and on differnt occasions. So much so, I'm surprised I don't see more reviews about it. I hate jalapenos and I'm very sensitive to it's spice/heat. My whole mouth feels like it's on fire, and removing the jalapenos from the kolaches, doesn't help. I don't know why this happens as frequently as it does. One time I asked for 4 kolaches and 2 had jalapenos and 2 didn't even though I asked for 4 withOUT. Not sure how they organize/identify them, but whatever they are doing, they need to change it. I'm tired of wasting my money on a product I can't eat and can't tell if it's right without cutting it open. This is a food safety issue. Very poor service. And lack of care when issue was addressed. I will never recommend this shipleys. We sat in the drive thru lane for 45 minutes and only two cars had pulled off so I called from the dive thru and ask what is the wait time for donuts. He replied which ones. My reply was we have been sitting in the drive thru lane for over 45 minutes, he replied well it's empty inside. And so I ask if it's empty inside what the hell is the hold up. His reply was I have two girls working drive thru sorry three girls working drive thru. And again I ask so what's the hold up. By the time I reach the drive thru window it was over a hour long wait. The girls working the drive thru looked like they had there head up there ass. And didn't know what to do. Bad Shipleys...

Please don't get me wrong, I love Shipley Do-Nuts. But from the horrible customer service i received today I would never go back to this location again. When I walked in there was nobody at the front counter and I waited for a few minutes then, the associate that works there came from the back. She asked what I wanted I told do-nut holes. She grabs the back then goes to tell me that I have to buy them at the drive thru. I asked why is that because the sign outside says different. She didnt respond so I told im okay you have a good day. I'm not trying to sound like a Karen but i think that was so unprofessional.
