I frequent cititrends, the prices, and items I like are there. I have gotten a lot of things that are complimented, and I love. But! And this is a big but, the cashier, twice now, has been extremely rude, unpleasant, unprofessional, and seems really mad at the world. Her vibe, and energy leaves me super irritated. She really hates her job to me, at this point. She has made comments towards my transaction with my Man present about me paying instead of him. She is just an all out miserable person. Please get that lady some cashiers/customer service/ proper repor, and ethics training. She has made my last few experiences at this location extremely uncomfortable. She is agressive, and unhappy. I don’t want to spend my money with that type of energy, or with anyone like her around. I’ll just shop in Austin until there is better service at this location. Read moreSo I was shopping there today, and I would like to say that the prices are absolutely great. However, the manager(Hispanic heavy set woman) at the store was so nasty to her employees and so rude when she was talking to them it threw off my whole shopping experience. She was literally yelling across the store at them. Seeing them experience that type of attitude and demeanor from a “leader” was truly disappointing. I was at a loss for words because of how toxic she was making the environment. I felt really bad for the employees because they are always very nice and welcoming to the customers but today the energy in the store was just very heavy. She should of asked an adult that was with her first before speaking to a child. I had just spent $196.00 in that store. The whole time we were shopping I could hardly find an associate for help.
