One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Ordered three sides of mozzarella sticks through the app and asked for three ranch and two marinara on the side. Took a minute to get our order and after checking the bag saw we had three marinara and no ranch. My wife asked through the speaker if we could get the missing sauces and was told it would be a 25 cent charge for each one. She told them that they weren't extra but missing sauces from our order and was promptly cut off saying that only one sauce comes with each side and that it would be an extra charge for each one. She said there was nothing on the app saying that and was told that they dont have control over what the app says. There being no charge on the recipe for the sauces means it didnt come with the order. We questioned why the other sauces also had no charge if that was the case, but were unable to finish a sentence from that point without being cut off asking if we would like to pay for the other sauces. We gave up, said good bye and was then asked once more if we would like to pay for the sauces before we left. I understand that things could be different on the app, but the horrible customer service really set the tone for this location. By far one of the most unprofessional experience for food service. So many things that went wrong and absolutely nothing done to make it right. It seems like there was no leadership or management on duty. Ordered a plain Hamburger meal I was told there is no such thing as a plain hamburger meal. So I simple ordered a Hamburger, fries and drink. Also added another drink came out to be $11.29 kind of high but what ever. Order came to the car delivered by an associate that it was apparent she didn’t want to be there. Read me back the order and stated Cheeseburger. I asked her did you give me a cheeseburger after I asked for a hamburger. Her response was “I told you there is no such thing as a plain hamburger meal”. I told her if there is cheese on the burger I didn’t want it and I wanted my money back. Her response was no we will just take it back and make you a plain hamburger. By this time I said NO bring me my money back. She shortly returned to my car frustrated and gave me a receipt and said it’s $4.37 now. I don’t know what she was thinking but I had to remind her I gave her $12 that only made her mad as she walked away growling in frustration. My husband and I went to sonic on 06/20/21 around 9pm and while ordering our food we asked to order ice cream and we’re told that the ice cream machine had broke so we left as is and we were understanding. A couple minutes later some customers pull up next to us and they order ice cream and we were so confused as to why we were denied ice cream. I asked to speak to the manager and when she came out we told her what had happened and she told us the customers next to us had ordered online and since they messed up the order they had to order again, so I asked the customer next to me if they had ordered online and they said NO. So the manager heard and told us, and I quote “ well they didn’t order online but the machine is broken “ so my husband and I said, how are they able to order ice cream after us if the machine is broke ? We asked her for her supervisors contact number and she said she wasn’t allowed to give us personal information and when she came back she gave me the stores number instead and said to call that number.
