Hated the experience. I walked into this establishment and was greeted by an older woman who did not seem interested in helping. She was trying to juggle multiple customers at the same time, even though there were other sales personnel that were not helping anyone. She showed us a tv console that was in the clearance isle. The console had a broken foot. The foot was sitting on a shelf. I agreed to buy the tv console with the agreement that it would be delivered with the broken foot. I was planning on using wood glue and screws to repair the console myself. When the delivery men arrived, they did not have the console foot and acted like it was inside the console. I checked because I did not hear it rattling around inside. They lied to me because it wasn't in there. I made a phone call to the furniture store where it was purchased and the manager on duty told me that they would call me tomorrow. I don't understand why they wanted to wait a day. I told him that this was not satisfactory and that I would send the furniture back. The console was put back into the truck and the movers left. The next day I did not receive a call before noon, so I initiated a call to the furniture store. At this point I had paid for a console and delivery and neither had arrived. When I was asked to pay I didn't act crazy, or try to stall the situation. I very efficiently provided legal tender for the services and product that was being offered. I did not force anyone to call me multiple times or try to run me down to get the money. The point I'm trying to make is that I kept up my end of the bargain. I made an agreement based on a price and time for service. I never received a call from the manager as promised. Instead I had to go into the establishment and wait for half an hour for the manager to make time to give me my money back. I made it a point to cancel all of the other furniture that I had previously ordered. Not only will I never go back into this establishment, but I plan to post this as a google review to warn anyone who may unknowingly walk into this hack of an establishment. I will do my best to have this establishment and their predatory behavior blacklisted on Fort Hood. At no point did anyone even make an attempt to apologize to me. They acted like this was my fault. Read moreInitially my interactions at Furniture Row were excellent! I first went in late March and found a bedroom set as well as a dining room set. The dining room table was supposed to be available mid June and the bedroom set mid July, which I was okay with as my original tentative closing date was early June. June comes and the table and a few chairs have arrived but still waiting on the other chairs and the bedroom set still showing mid July, which again was fine because my closing date was pushed back to the first week in July. July 1st comes and I decided to call and make sure everything was still going according to plan and that’s when I was told the bedroom set wouldn’t be available until mid August. After looking around the store and seeing what could be delivered sooner and basically being told I wouldn’t find better pricing and shipping options elsewhere, I decided to get a refund for the bedroom set (I found a less expensive one that was able to be delivered two days later at a different furniture store) and keep the dining room set since it was already at the distribution center. When asked about the earliest available delivery time I was told they were booked out for 2 weeks and would have to wait until then. The 2 weeks rolls around and I finally get my dining room set delivered…only to realize ITS THE WRONG TABLE. when I called about receiving the wrong table that’s when I was told that it was ordered wrong and the delivery people brought what was put in. I have absolutely no clue how the table was ordered incorrectly as I sat at the table I wanted while the sales rep placed the order and took a picture to show him again when it was time for payment. So now because of someone’s mistake, I have to wait an additional 2 months to receive the table I should’ve received in the first place. Read moreI order my sofa, table, tv stand, and centerpiece table from here. At first, I thought I was in so much luck to have found this place and was super happy with the customer service. Well, that ended from the moment I left the store after spending my money. My first delivery came with no issues. However, my second was a total disaster. After it finally arrived, the delivers brought in my furniture (the centerpiece & the table), and while they wherein the process of setting up the table realized they were missing the screws to mount up the table. Told me they were going to go pick up the tools needed and be right back. That was a day ago. I called that following night, and they told me they were going to get right back to me in which they did 4 hours later. Finally around 7 o’clock that night they called me back. I had missed the call. I called them back right away to no answer. They then called me the following morning to inform that they are sorry, but the delivery guy decided to finish the rest of his rounds. But not to worry because no later than 2 o’clock they were going to stop by, and personally finish the table. I called again around 3 o’clock that afternoon after waiting, and was informed by the sales representative that he had just clocked on, and was going to see what was going on he just needed to check the computer work. Well, it so happens that someone decided to put it in their computer system that the job was completed. I informed the sales rep that it is far from completed. He apologized and told me he was going to call me back within 5 minutes. It had been 20min and no call. Finally when I got a call, it so happens that the sales rep from earlier was still there “putting out other fires”. Bottom line. If you can’t pick up the furniture yourself, I highly recommended not buying it because the delivery service is a joke. I hope you guys have a good rest of your day...
