Subway was my groove until today. This location is right by my house so I would come 3 sometimes 4 times a week and it use to be the best. Until they changed management. It was fast, friendly and food was good. Today and the last few times not so much. The manager today was very rude not just with me but her employees. I always order a steak. I know it's 2 scoops. She barely gave me one. When I said something she told me this is what imma get. She's busy. I needed to order few more subs but she was rushing me because she had all these orders coming in through app. Where the hell was the customer service. I vail on that and today, I made a decision no more subway. Plus, when they changed rewards program I lost all my points. That should of been sign to stop going too. I threw my sub away because it really was all bread and went to Jersey Mikes. Jersey Mike's might have been expensive but today, I got a great sub great customer service and my reward points. After my husband brought it all home we had time to eat our sandwiches and leave so I didnt have a chance to check the cookies. About 8 pm, we got home and I finally went to look at the cookies. I only received 6 out of the 12. So I called the store it took 7 times calling but the manager finally answered. He told me to give him 15 to 20 mins so he can make some more because he only had 4 on hand. So I send my husband back in and they gave him the 4 that was left plus some carrot cake cookie or something for the other two. He didnt even bother making another batch.
