I came across their LLC on Instagram, on there they posted their location and hours. Need to say, their location is 3700 W Stan Schlueter Loop, the Pet Supplies Plus. I drove 17 minutes to them only for them not to be there. I was really frustrated, as I drove with my toddlers. I went back on Instagram and last post they have up says that location Mon - Sunday. So then I start trying to find them elsewhere, and on FB they posted they're elsewhere like 13min down the road. Why not link the accounts so people can know, when you post on one , it shares it on both accounts. Finally found them after like 30 mins of driving to find out THEY WERE NOT SELLING IN HALF DOZEN NOR DOZEN. Only a plate of 3 Tamales for $7. Another customer asked also for dozen and when they told him they weren't selling them by the dozen he left. I purchased a plate to try them. Disappointed. They were slightly cold / room temperature and very very small / slim. Smallest Tamales I've had. They didn't have any Tamales in Oja de Platano. Their corn in a cup was $7 , I threw it away. Worst one I've ever had. The cheese wasn't even Cojita.. some other stuff. 100% disappointed. And there green salsa was...

Read moreDiego is a great host and explains the food very well. I had the banana leaf wrapped chicken tamal, with elotes, a chocolate cake flan, and tamarind water. The tamal has a corn base with the consistency of grits. The chicken was shredded and mixed with a savory red sauce. The chicken was in the middle of the corn base with sufficient red sauce to impart its flavor to the corn. It has a pleasant mouth feel as well as tasting great. The elotes were properly cooked to give the corn a good texture and not mushy. The cheeses and seasonings made it an enjoyable side. The desert was a flan with chocolate cake. The cake had a good amount of moisture and and stay together nicely. The flan custard was firm and complimented the cake. Overall, definitely a...
