I started out with my order telling the server I wanted 3 12in on white. I was holding a coupon in my hand. When the server saw this, I was told we don't take those. They said that's what their manager said to say. I said to tell your manager that I'm sorry they don't accept coupons bc I got this coupon locally (3 miles away from this restaurant). I think they thought that I would order anyway, but I decided I would walk out, quietly. Maybe a big sign saying "we don't take coupons at this location" would have helped. We do like subway sandwiches, but I hope we can just get something else. Maybe they should rethink the way that they convey this to their patrons. Read moreI have been going to this store for three years. But today when I went in to place my order I was welcomed with a hi and a smile. But I noticed that some of the vegetable bins were empty. I asked why and was told the shift before did prep any and didn't fix the bread to be cooked. I also noticed when I walked in a pile of dishes stacked in the sink to be done by night shift. Was told they had a new manager and she had only been manager since Wednesday. Also had only been working for Subway for two weeks.
