This Dunkin has taken a serious turn downhill. The management staff is clueless, and the last time I was in I could hear this girl Natashlie or something weird like that making fun of the cashier girl who seemed to have special needs. I was absolutely disgusted by this! Blatant bullying and it shouldn’t be tolerated. On top of it, the place is disgusting! The sandwich station looked a mess and my coffee came out with the bottom of the cup crusted with sugar and cream. This Dunkin needs a new manager and they should definitely fire that Natashlie girl! And probably the manager too! I will not be returning and I will let everyone i speak to know that this Dunkin is run by clueless and...

I ordered two three scoop sundaes today. The heavy short girl waited on me. She game me three half baby scoops and I asked why the cones and the other peoples 2 scoop sundae were much larger than mine. She said they use the childs scoop for sundaes. I asked if they then charge child prices, with no reply. she put hot fudge on the sundae with no whipped cream, which I requested. no cherry, or other option were offered. I complained to no avail. Paid her with a ten dollar bill and she kept the change and didn't even give me a receipt. DO NOT go to this place ever. Rude customer service, slow and confused. Decided to charge me for an ice water after the fact, keep in mind I ordered plenty of food and gladly paid, but I have never been charged for tap water at any other location. No big deal, but then she ripped the coupon "sip and peel" off the cup so I couldn't have it, even though she "HAD" to charge me for the cup, after I paid already. If I paid for the cup, why take the coupon, and why be rude about it. She also got my order wrong, perhaps she was focusing on the wrong priorities? Meanwhile there was a building line out the door.
