Revised my old review

Not the normal experience. Waitress more worried about her red lipstick then customers.

Came in at 530 not busy. 2 tables with customers.

Ordered jumbo thin crust. I ordered a water snd Ashley ordered mountain dew and she asked for pint of cheese broccoli for when we leave. (Pint)

Waitress brings drinks. 20 some minutes later Ashley gets up to ask what's going on as she noticed people who have come in after us that already have food and ready to leave.

Waitress comes to table says the soup is not hot they are working on it. Weird pint of soup is to go when we leave. Hence pint. (SEE RECEIPT) not cup or bowl. She refills my water comes back and says something got mixed up in kitchen they're remaking pizza.

She comes back with bowl of cold soup at 5:59 (see screen shot for time.

Our 1/2 and 1/2 (see pic) pizza finally comes out at 620 as table of 4 next to us are sitting down. Table next to us has their 1st jumbo pizzas in under 15 mins we are leaving by 6:36 see receipt. Ashley had to go ask for box to put pizza in and had to go to counter to get bill.

Upon going to pay at counter Ashley stops me and she pays seeing im already upset..she pays I ask for receipt waitress pretends not to understand what that means I have to ask again when I see it first thing is 2 sodas not 1. I'm about to say something Ashley says let's go.

Well we left but hence this review..

Tell waitress to check her...

WILL NEVER GO BACK.

We have been going to Butch's for years. Have not had any issues and highly recommended their pizza to many friends and family. HOWEVER, recently this we called in our order and picked up 3 pizzas. 2 of the 3 were made incorrectly. I have an allergy to certain types of food so I was clear to the person taking the order of what we needed.

By the time we got home and paid over $55 for the food, we found out 2 of the 3 pizzas were made incorrectly. When we called to let them know that there was a mistake the manager was extremely rude. My husband opted to talk with her for me because she was being so rude.

She told my husband that basically it was not their fault that the pizzas were incorrect and kept asking my husband "what do you expect me to do about it". My husband even asked for another manager or the owner because she was being so rude, but she refused.

We figured we would wait a couple of days and talk with the owner. Come to find out he had the same attitude and admited he decided he "didn't have time to talk to us" on Saturday when the issue came up.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We actually liked their food but will no longer come to Butch's because of their consistent lack of...
