Pozzi's Stampede — Restaurant in King City

Absolutely bad customer service. The owner wanted cash only right away. I was sitting at the bar and let the owner know that my husband was on his way with cash since he didn't accept card. The owner denied service and was absolutely rude to me and my family. I don't recommend this place and he also mentioned he doesnt care about his reviews or service with his business in the bar. The owner mentinioned he will still stay open regardless of the reviews. I personally told him how disrespectful he was to me and my family and I will never go back. He personally said aloud he doesn't care because the bar makes a lot of money. I was born and raised in KC and never had an issue. I'm nevy sad, and disappointed this had to happen I peronally, support and always gave our small business business business. l've always gave positive reviews for our community. Stopped in on a Thursday to this sweet little dive while in route to Oregon & this was definitely what I was looking for. This place keeps some early hours, it closed at 11pm but stayed open an extra hr. Myself and the owner Richard chatted up for a good bit about the bar history & the monthly ribeye special while his sister was pouring the drinks, just a really down to earth type of experience.
