Floors are always filthy, normally the cabinet tops as well. Management only works during the morning shift never on weekends. Unless they are short handed. They don't help Unless it's necessary. Reason I know this is because I work there and currently looking for another job. They don't train you worth a flip. I'm a fast learner and they would walk off my first and second day. Then because I have a medical condition and have to eat. I'm only allowed when 1 person is there. Joy. She's not even Management. She puts me in the sub area. I do not want to be there. She knows this. Customers are requesting that I'm put back on the register. She (Jessica) also stopped saying a word to me. I've done nothing to this person. I'm a highly educated woman. But because I'm on disability I can't do what I went to college for. I assume she's jealous or I told my brother to stay away from her. She hits on him every time he goes in. Corporate has been called several times and they do nothing. Unless you can stand trash all over parking lot, credit card machines at pumps that don't work, can stand the filthy inside and a line all the way to the back of store because only 1 cashier is all they have in the evening, get what you need before you hit Kingman. Read moreI frequent Caseys in Kingman, Kansas often. Recently I had a poor experience in regards to the excessive points I wanted to use. After waiting in line a bit, I approached the cashier and explained I have Casey Rewards I wanted to use for my purchase. Keep in mind, there were half a dozen employees working and only one cashier. Immediately the cashier told me she couldn't help me, she knew nothing of the rewards or the Caseys app. I asked if there was someone that there that could assist me. The cashier told me at that point I needed to make a decision because she had a long line, with no discretion. It was humiliating being treated with no regard. Team members should be trained to utilize the products they offer. I contacted the store manager and the corporate office on four separate occasions. I never received a call back. Read morePlaced our order for pick up, said it would be done at 6. Went to pick it up at 6:10 and it was not even ready. Waited in the store for 15 minutes. Confronted the person working in the back about it and got some attitude from her. We asked for a refund and she said no refund because the manager was not there. She was very rude with the whole situation, unfortunately I did not catch her name. I did however catch the name of the cashier at the moment, Brianna. Brianna was very respectful and helpful with the whole situation. We understand that the woman working In the back was the only person working at the moment but that does not give you the right to treat your customers like they are the problem.
