Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Kingsburg

Went to Carl’s Jr. with my mom and she ordered very patiently and nicely. The lady who took her order was giving out attitude from the start for absolutely no reason .. it was totally unexpected and unnecessary that caught us off gaurd. I get it, your tired and you get defensive bc rude customers are annoying however when you have a nice customer please appreciate that. We were confused bc the attitude was totally unecessary. Like for what… we were also rushed and yet, the only car in line .. the lady who cashed us out at the window was named crystal in the reciept but her name tag said Maria. Not sure why the cashiers name tag is different from the computer she is using that put her name on the reciept but if she’s wearing a fake name tag to fool customers it must seem the attitude is a common usual thing. Please be nice and patient to your customers who are patient with you. It was totally unecessary and definitely...

The cashier put in the wrong items which was not what we ordered, and when the food came out and we ask for the correction, she had us come back to the register, do a completely new transaction over the difference of a few dollars because three burgers were different than ordered. Instead of letting us keep the food, she collected the incorrect item and threw them out. We then had to wait another 15 minutes for the new order after having waiting about ten minutes for the first one. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Glad she brought out the right food eventually, but it definitely could have been handled better to make up for the mistake on her end....

I would choose no stars if I could..3 times I went there and the dining area closed..doors say 11 pm.. False Advertising and bad attitude people who answer the phone rudely instead of apologizing ..time before that food was terrible..By Far the Worst operated and managed place in the whole city..I'm a senior citizen that wanted to sit down and eat cause I was starving or I wouldn't have went there in the first place.. I hope the manager can't stand one day and some place that's open says screw you stay outside we decided to close early so too bad... They should be ashamed of themselves.. in addition I'm spreading the bad news EVERYWHERE AND I...
