Burger King — Restaurant in Kingsford

Ordered my food ( Whopper Jr and cheese tots) in the drive thru at 4:43 but didn't get it till 5:24. (Okay stuff happens they are short handed I get it. ) I paid and was asked to pull forward waited in my car for 13 mins. So I went inside to see what was going on., As I opened the door one of the girls working the front glared at me and rolled her eyes as she turns and repeats my order to the kitchen. I stand for a bit longer waiting. I tell her I've been waiting for about 25 mins at this point, I'm in a hurry I have to get home for kids. Her response was " it's not lthat big of a deal" she also claimed I would get coupons and a refund of my money which I got neither. The cheese tots turned out to be cold chicken tenders instead of cheesy tots so dispite waiting forever they got my order wrong. The staff acted like it was my fault that they were so behind.** Sidenote everyone before me got their food before I got mine. Looks like the only time I'm going to try Burger King again is out of town. I'm not normally about writing bad reviews because I understand stuff happens, but to act like it was all my fault is unacceptable. Some of the staff needs some major attatude adjustment if they are going to be the face of...

My dad and I went to get a quick bite to eat and ordered a 10-piece spicy nugget, a crispy chicken jr. and a drink. There was one car in front of us and I have no idea what they ordered, but it looked like a small bag and there were only two people in the car that I could see. Anyway, we had to wait for over 20 minutes until the car in front of us was even served! Then, the girl at the window brought us our bag of food and didn't even have the one drink ready, so she had to go back across the way to get it. I don't know what was going on with the folks at this BK tonight, but it seemed like they might've been smoking something funny or maybe the fryer blew up, IDK. I can't speculate on the whys too much, but I have to admit that this was by far the worst service at any fast food that I can remember! They didn't even bother to ask us to pull ahead so they could bring our order out at all, and it just seemed like a very shoddy experience. In the end, the food was okay, but not too fresh. The nuggets and the sandwich were probably sitting there in the warmer for a while or something. Ugh... I don't recon I'll be back there again...

Went to get a few sandwiches for my family and I and had the worst customer service ever yet again. I had terrible service and food a few months ago and complained nicely about what was wrong and got cussed out by a manager. So after a few weeks I figured maybe I'll give it a chance again but yet i go inside and there are about six to seven employees in the building and not one of them greeted me or asked to take my order so after about five minutes I asked if I could order then I was told to wait a moment while two girl employees were dancing and wrestling each other... I ordered my food "two original crispy sandwiches plain" and waited 22 minutes for them just to be prepared wrong and cold. I dont understand how you could mess up a plain chicken sandwich and get it to be cold as it was in the freezer. I refuse to go back to this restaurant because of terrible prepared food and rude employees. If managment doesn't change I'm sure they will be closed...
