Greenleaf Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Iron Mountain

First time visiting Iron Mountain. Looked on Google Maps, thought we would give this place a try. From the outside, it looked nice. Once you step in, bam! The atmosphere and decor are on another level, very nice, with a dash of class! Our server was Jordan, she did an exceptional job, always moving, checking on us often, but not too much, along with tending to her other tables! She was making runs to grab perfectly mixed drinks from Emma! The kitchen staff that cooked and prepared the food....WOW! The food was 10 stars out of 5! Food you would expect from a fancy restaurant or resort! I highly recommend checking this place out, even if it means driving for hours, you will not be disappointed! Back again on the 2nd dinner of our trip, we had to come back! We all ordered the same thing, except for one of us, and that salad was amazing! Service, food, and drinks again were exceptional! Allie did a great job, very professional and personable! Hats off to the owner!! This place is perfect!!! Just might go back for the third dinner tomorrow! Went back, three nights in a row, no strikes, all home runs! Kaitlyn was our server the third night, she was great! The 98ish Champagne Cadillac parked out front, looked a lot like mine, good taste to the owner! We came looking at houses, we did not find the perfect house. If we don't find it, we will be buying property just to visit...

This place is a joke. Yes I know we went on a Monday and I knew it would be busy. We knew we would have a wait. We got our table pager , sat at the bar and ordered some drinks from a very rude male bartender. He threw the drink menu at me and walked away. About 1 minute after getting our drinks another female bartender comes over to me and says we will have to leave our seats at the bar if we are waiting for a table. Never in my life as a paying customer have I been asked to leave my seat so other people could sit down. They literally wanted me to go stand outside so they could have the chairs at the bar. I hadn't even had a chance to taste my drink. The male bartender then refused to tell me who the manager or owner was and told me to leave since I was refusing to give up my seat at the bar for someone else. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, pee and what looked like feces on the toilets. The bar was sticky everywhere and I watched the girl pour a drink into a dirty glass after she wiped the lipstick off with her fingers and a dirty bar rag. I 100% would never recommend this place to a anyone. They staff is rude, drinks are ridiculously priced. This isn't Chicago. This was the second time we tried eating here. The 1st time my chicken came out raw in the middle. NEVER EVER EAT HERE if you value your health. Sad because we heard good things...

I pass by here all the time so was curious to try it someday I live in Ishpeming and my Mom and Dad live in Wabeno WI so Iron Mountain is about the halfway point…. So we decided to meet for a late lunch and From all the positive reviews and photos of the food it looked like a great spot to try!

Upon entering there was plenty of parking and we were greeted as we entered and seated at a table right away…. They have booths and tables and high top tables and the bar, our server Christyn was amazing and top notch! She was friendly and attentive but not over bearing…. She really did a wonderful job! I ordered Pretzels bites with beer cheese dip as an appetizer and it was so good…. I also had a side of Mac n cheese which was very delicious, I had the original Smash cheeseburger with upgraded to onion ring and it was all phenomenal! My dad had the Prime Rib wrap which looked amazing as well! Everything looked amazing and there is definitely more I’d like to try another time! We were given at the end two $5 gift cards as a first time customer… the atmosphere was very cozy and a very clean environment… plenty of tv on the wall for viewing sporting events! What a wonderful place…. I think I found a new halfway meeting spot to get together with my family!
