Arby's — Restaurant in Kingsport

Sat for over 10 minutes in drive thru, after the car in front of me was waited on. After me asking several times through speaker If they could hear me. Drove to the window and the Special Needs person at counter (Really was special needs, which I applaud for hiring) couldn't understand that no one took my order and I wanted to order it at the window. Finally, someone else took my order. Then, he asked me to pull to a parking place. After 4 cars (and another 5 minutes) behind me got their orders, I had to walk inside and get mine. I just got unbelievably rude service at this location. Ordered food at the drive thru on 8/6/24 around 5:45, the boy with the huge curly afro who handed me my food literally opened the window, handed me the bag and just stared at me and said nothing. I said “Really?? No thank you or have a nice day or anything?” He then proceeded to argue with me about it. It takes no effort to just be kind. Gonna address some of these bogus 1 star reviews. For the people complaining about the line..deal with it..everyone is short staffed and there will be lines. For the microwave comment every fast food place microwaves even some casual places. For the person complaining about prices, again get used to it. Even mcdonalds raised prices.
