Brewista, Dee is awesome! She took such good care of me the last time I was in. I tried the falfell recently and LOVED it! I also love the fact they offer same-visit refills free for iced coffee. I got to work on my laptop and get several free refills without any fuss. The atmosphere is nice. I wish they had more plus seating like pre-covid Starbucks (i.e. the couch on N Eastman Rd or the comfy seats in the Bristol TN Volunteer Parkway store). I love the new seating bench with built in electrical and USB charging outlets. It is a very comfortable environment to work in. My biggest complaint from sitting in the store for a period of time is watching rude and ungrateful/hateful customers come in and just show their rear ends to the baristas here, who are all awesome! Shout out to manager, Braxton, for always been amazing when I am there. If and when there has ever been an issue with an order, they have corrected it (mistakes happen, these folks are humans, not robots ffs). Be nice if you go here to the folks working hard behind...

UPDATE : ( Aug. 25th 7:20 AM ) I AM NOW GIVING THIS LOCATION 1 STAR. I WENT THIS MORNING TO GET MY USUAL BROWN SUGAR SHAKEN EXPRESSO WITH A LITTLE EXTRA BROWN SUGAR, BY THE TIME I GOT ON THE HIGHWAY I TOOK A SIP, IT WAS EXTREMELY BITTER, NO SUGAR AT ALL. I BET THE GIRL AT THE DRIVE THRU THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY, BUT I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, RUINED MY MORNING! AUG 18- I go here almost every morning, the last time I went I forgot to ask for an extra pump of brown sugar. As the lady was handing me the drink I said "oh I forgot to ask for a little extra brown sugar" she said "it's already done" and proceeded to hand it to me. I said "can you just add a little more to the top I'm not asking for a whole other drink" She reluctantly grabbed the drink and I heard the other girl in the back say "were really not supposed to do that" I am a server so I'm experienced with customers service, at $8 for a drink and $2 tip its not cheap by any means. My fiance ordered me a cherry chai with oat milk and a shot of espresso. He returned home with a regular chai that tastes of nothing but oat milk and there is no blonde espresso flavor. I called and spoke with the manager and who seemed young and became snippy when I told her what had happened. “ I’m the one who made it umm… so.. I don’t know what happened there” was her response.. I’ve worked in a coffee shop so I know how it goes. I truly was respectful but her attitude did not seem management material. Maybe she’s had a stressful day but as a manager one should learn to control it. I will admit my fiance should have double checked but when he was on the phone with me I heard him order it correctly.. I would have taken a photo but I threw it away after my conversation with the manager.
