We have experienced deceitful behavior at this particular location in the past. Despite this, we have chosen to forgive them due to the limited dining options in our small town and our children's fondness for Taco Bell's (cuisine). However, we have decided that we will no longer patronize this establishment following a recent incident.
Upon our most recent visit, despite clearly stating our dietary preferences and declining beef in our order, the staff added beef without apology. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they treated us disrespectfully, insinuating that we were somehow at fault for the error. When we requested a correction of our order, the manager at the Kingston, Tennessee location initially refused. After insisting on a refund, the manager reluctantly agreed but only under the condition that we return the incorrect food.
Despite our inconvenience in traveling 8 miles to rectify the situation, we were met with hostility and suspicion, as if we were attempting to deceive them. This lack of customer service and professionalism is disappointing, especially considering our loyalty to the brand. The dismissive attitude towards our time and money is unacceptable.
Furthermore, we have encountered issues with food accuracy and quality at other Taco Bell locations as well. Instances such as receiving food with allergens despite specific requests and encountering food that tastes rancid due to improper preparation raise concerns about training and hygiene standards within the company. If these issues persist, Taco Bell may find themselves facing legal repercussions in the future.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this Taco Bell location. Despite paying $17 for a chicken salad bowl, I received only rice, chicken, and beans—no vegetables or greens were included. Additionally, I paid extra for additional chicken, which was not provided. This is not an isolated incident; I have repeatedly felt cheated by this location.
It appears that this Taco Bell location is consistently shortchanging its customers, especially with online orders. Despite charging higher prices, the portions and ingredients are lacking. This kind of business practice is unacceptable and could very well drive loyal customers away, potentially leading to the downfall of the establishment if it continues.

We ordered at 8:20 p.m. and spent $35.49 on decent tacos and Nachos which were pretty Normal and a few Quesadilla's that were absolutely trash. My kids complained there was nothing in them while they were eating so I checked and then I checked the next one and there was unmelted cheese and barely any steak for $5 and this is 4 times where there's almost absolutely nothing in them.
