Sierra Mist Sierra Mist Look, it's rare I leave a bad review. Very rare... I'd sooner not leave one. But this is just sad. I ordered 2 cheesey gordita crunches, add nacho cheese, add sour cream, sub out the beef with steak (charged for all of this). I get 2 of them with no nacho cheese, sour cream, beef and what tasted like, day oldl lettuce, that had been left on the counter. It wouldn't have been an issue... If I had not told them that specific order 4 times. 3 times to the first person, once to the 2nd person. They even had me look on the screen to be sure it was all correct.

But it gets worse.

The 2 soft chicken tacos I ordered had the same horrid lettuce and were thrown together, and as soon as the wrapper was opened, they fell out everywhere... Was beef hot chicken.

Ordered 3 drinks one of which was supposed to be pepsi.... It was 2 drinks mixed together. Only thing that was correct was the 2 mist and the...

Inside was closed and I have been here before when they would let me order at the drive thru due to my job as a Truck driver. But now I have came three times and these lazy, good for nothing employees, or rather squatters, that are currently working there at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday 10-3-21 refuse to even do their job. They have at minimum 2people working and all they have to do is make Tacos, Nachos, Burritos, etc and take orders at the drive thru only. This is the easiestfood to prepare, especially when you have it all organized on an assembly line style setup and precooked. Even so, they still refused every customer that came through the drive thru because they said they didn't have enough people there to make tacos..... how disappointing and utterly pathetic. Please replace the staff and put people who actually have some kind of existent work ethic at...

Let's start here as I entered the bathroom to wash before my meal, the faucet did not work correctly handsoap container was open on the counter with the lid off, nowhere near installed in the despenser. The hand dryer did not work at all. With wet hands I arrive to an empty counter and had no service offered all attention was on the drive through. One person acknowledged my co worker and I after about 5 minutes "someone will be with you in a few minutes". After noticing the roll of paper towels on the counter and the lack of about fifteen tiles in the ceiling I looked for a sanitation grade that was non existent. After another 3 minutes of wait my co worker and I decided to leave. Oh by the way we were the only customers in the dining area...
