Conviva Senior Primary Care — Local services in Kirby

Went to their Kirby office yesterday and will never go back again! The nurse practitioner was cold. I have been on the same meds for over 35- years most due to my back n neck injury which I never asked for. This lady want me to go to two different specialty Doctors as she didn’t like the meds I was on! I have no health issues it’s just my back n neck. She kept saying I needed a pain Doctor for my muscle relaxer and I repeatedly told her I would never go back to them seen 52 of them why would I go back?? And being on disability I can’t afford to go to specialist but it’s like she had ear plugs cause she didn’t care nor listened to what I had to say.. the rest of the staff was excellent but her no way.. if they are trying to get more patients forget it...
