This is the first restaurant review I’ve ever written... but I felt the experience was one of the worst I’ve had. The place is cute looking and the menu seems good... bowls, wraps, salads... there were 3 people behind the counter who were not friendly to us... we were trying to figure out what to order since it was our first time... the woman who appeared to be a manager didn’t even make eye contact... we finally asked the gal at the cashier what she recommended. My husband got the turkey bowl... I cannot even describe how awful it was... warm deli chucks of turkey and melted cheddar chunks over quinoa that was lumped together, and spinach that had not been stemmed... so mushed up leaves with stalks. I ordered a salad that came with avocado... but it wasn’t freshly cut... it was chunks of avo in a strange syrupy liquid to preserve the color... and had zero taste. The salad actually had no taste at all. It’s hard to mess up a salad... I managed a few bites. We could have complained but we Didn’t want to eat anything else from there. We brought a cheese pizza togo for our teenage kiddos, they each had a few bites and we had to throw away 3/4 of the pizza. If a teenage boy says no to pizza you know there’s a problem! I hope they can make some adjustments because it’s a...

yeah it's cute and trendy, the food is good sometimes, but my coworkers and I have had multiple instances where it's just been downright terrible.

my first problem: I got a wrap and the tomatoes had that rotten acidic taste, so I told them - they remade it, no problem.

my second problem: I went to get a Cesar wrap with chicken, get back to the office to eat and when I do, my chicken is fully uncooked and pink. I walked back down to kindly let them know and they were really nice and remade it for me (even though they had to remake it 4 times because they kept making it wrong) but you know they were being really nice, so I ignored the mistake and didn't even care.

third problem: the last two times I've gone in their to pick up an order (completely different staff, than the nice people before) they were beyond rude, and now I really don't want to go back. Today I waited 25 minutes to get an order I made online - that's only counting the time I spent there waiting.

It's one thing to make a mistake and be nice about it, but a whole other to just be flat out rude. I'm not one to complain about prices, but geez - if you want to charge the amount you charge, AT LEAST have good customer service. this place has become a last resort for my coworkers and I when it...

This year I "ordered in" Thanksgiving dinner for my family. I scrambled online and discovered the Carillon Kitchen offered pick-up dinners on Thanksgiving day to include a 15-lb turkey with the classic trimmings and a pumpkin pie dessert. Mind you, Thanksgiving dinner is a tall order for pick-up. I took the risk, placed the call and had the pleasure of speaking to the Carillon's manager Arlis Cerreti. He was extremely kind, professional and responsive. I reserved dinners for my family and felt confident that I made the right choice.

We weren't disappointed!

On Thanksgiving, Mr. Cerreti and his amazing, dedicated staff gave my family the BEST Thanksgiving dinner we've had in years! Their cuisine was an thoughtful blend of classic fanfare made with modern culinary concepts. Great portions. Excellent seasoning. And healthy! Yes, you can have it all. This was a wonderful diversion from the norm. My family was so very pleased and satisfied. The Carillon Kitchen gave us a memorable and special dining experience which truly exceeded our expectations. My only regret was not ordering more food....

We had a great experience ordering for Thanksgiving, friendly staff, took great care of us and the food was amazing! Will be ordering again. Sweet potatoes, truffle mash potatoes, stuffing, turkey it was all excellent. Can't forget the pumpkin pie. Everything came packaged ready to serve in oven safe containers (in case you want to warm it up and eat later). We didn't have to do any cooking and that was great. Give them a call, place an order, you won't be disappointed. Already thinking of ordering for Christmas. The staff was amazing to work with, answered all my questions over the phone and gave great menu recommendations.

Carillon Kitchen is a gem! The staff are warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional, often going above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. They take the time to get to know their regulars, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere with their sunshine smiles. The menu is just as delightful, offering solid specialty coffees and teas, fresh salads, delicious pizzas, and tempting pastries. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or a leisurely visit, Carillon Kitchen delivers both quality and comfort in every experience. Highly recommend!

This place is neat. I didn't realize it was here... Way better than going into downtown for food and decent alternative to the other restaurants. It feels like a fancy coffee shop, but their main focus is healthy meals. 🤘😎 I'll be visiting frequently when my desk feels stale. I just realized I've been connected to the hotels WiFi... Not sure if they have WiFi here... I'd have to suggest visiting this spot if bux is to chaotic, very nice spot to escape to when you need to study and grab a meal.
