Absolute worst fast food experience I have had hands down. For starters my wife ordered the food online 20 minutes before I arrived to the store. I was actually afraid it would be cold by the time I got there ...nope they hadn't even dreamt of starting to make my order yet. After waiting 10 minutes in line behind 10 other cars I figure I better just go inside as my food would probably already be done. Little did I know this was only the start of the horror story. As I walked in the front door it felt as though I had stepped on a glue mouse trap as the amount of MTN dew Baja blast that covered the floor was immense. After managing to unstick my shoes from the floor I proceeded inside to find multiple people waiting at tables and multiple people in line. Looking up I saw a counter that said "mobile/pickup orders" with great hope I walked up to the counter in hopes my meal would be prepared. As I soon would realize my food order had never even crossed any of the workers minds. So I decide to ask the lady behind the counter to make sure my order has been entered correctly. After asking the order name and myself telling her she proceeded to take 45 whole seconds to find my order. Think 45 seconds isn't long? Trying holding your breath for that long and let me know. After finding my order she proceeds to ask, "Were there any drinks on the order?" This was the first of many dumb things I would hear this trip. As i told her "yes, did they not show up on my order you just pulled up?" She proceeded to say, "Oh I don't know, I just work here". To this I decided it would be better to leave the conversation rather than trying to communicate with someone that "just worked here". She did decide to hand me two large cups for my drinks. So I figured in my best interest I had better go get the drinks filled quickly as my food would hopefully be done soon...boy was I mistaken once again. While filling my drinks I decided on Dr. Pepper for my wife as that is her favorite. When I pressed the Dr. Pepper button on the machine, the soda had an unfamiliar look to it. Instead of the dark caramel look a traditional Dr. Pepper it came out as clear as the Diddy allegations. Well, while this was slightly upsetting I figured Starry would be just as good for her as she likes it as well. To my dismay, as I pressed the Starry button it came out a dark chocolate milk look. This had officially ruined my appetite. But, I was already in to the mission too deep. I found at this point it would be best to sit back and watch the activities of this "restaurant" and boy was it eye opening. I got to see what I could only describe as a great confusion on the face of many of the employees. It looked as if they had no idea what the task at hand was or as if they were all dropped here, suddenly, from some far away land. This went on for quite sometime. As my frustration grew, so did my doubt on what the quality of this food would be. But alas, after 25 minutes my food had seemed to be ready. That was until the cashier had to step in to "secure" my food lids so I would be assured they didn't try to open it. Great thinking chief, seeing as I was staring at the food the entire time. This is when even more hell broke loose. The cashier, evidently, struck her finger upon the counter because she did, what can only be described as, a parade around the premises showing everyone she could her new boo boo. She explained, "Look John, look Gale, look Tammy, LOOK at my pinky, I hurt it on the counter, HAHAHAHA". While she found this amusing, I did not. But finally, my food was securely in my hands. When I arrived home I was ready to sit down and enjoy this hard fought meal. But what would you know, this food could not be enjoyed as all of it was made with the care of a bull in a china shop. Beef burritos with not a thing but lettuce and cheese. Nacho bellgrandes which were neither nacho nor bell grande. Crunchwrap Supremes with an amount of beef on them, which I could only explain, as being as small as a jalapeno filled olive. In conclusion, Taco Bell can...
Read moreI just moved to town about a month ago. I only leave a bad review if I've had at least 2 bad experiences. The first experience was extremely long wait time and my order was missing the extra sour cream that I asked for and paid extra for. No big deal accidents happen. But today was another story. My husband and I entered the drive through about 7 cars back, ordered, and then got to the window and paid about 25 minutes from the time we got in line until we arrived at the pay window. We paid - and then were given our drinks and a bag of food. We were told that our receipt was in the bag. We drove forward to keep the line moving. Upon investigation of our bag we discovered we were given another customer's receipt and another customers bag of food. The name on the receipt read Christina as the cashier. We turned around, went inside to get our order corrected. They were obviously very unorganized and needed the managers help to figure out how to correct their mistake. Our order was taken AGAIN and we proceeded to wait another 20 minutes. We checked our card that was ran, and the amount we were charged did not match the receipt we were given. Also, rather than prioritize our order - they put us in line AGAIN. At the end of the line. Eventually we were so frustrated that we asked for a refund, the manager EJ said no your order is up next. We wait another 5 minutes and finally get a bag slid over the counter to us. We leave in a hurry because we were close to being late - as we eat on the way - we find out that the order is still wrong. We were missing two chicken items my husband ordered. After 45 minutes of waiting we still did not get a correct order. To put in perspective the issue - we just ordered delivery to our house from Jimmy John's in Kirksville and it arrived in 13 minutes and our order was 100% correct. Do better Taco Bell. Absolutely the slowest Taco Bell I have ever experienced AS well as horrible customer service. When an order is incorrect, that customer should get their food corrected ASAP, not back of the queue. Warning to customers - DO NOT LEAVE THAT DRIVE THROUGH LINE OR THE BUILDING WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR BAG!! Also don't...

Changing from 1 star, to 4 stars since the lobby is fully open and Doordash orders are much quicker to pick up. Just keep getting better at knocking them out faster and get fully staffed. McDonalds and KFC are the ones setting the bar here for Doordash.
UPDATE 1/19/2022: I was going to change my rating to 4 stars after being pleasantly surprised that it seemed like management took my idea and posted a sign on the door stating that Mobile and Doordasher orders can wait in the lobby. Unfortunately the very next day they took the sign down and locked the lobby again, with the same drive-thru line nearly backed up to Baltimore.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
As a Doordasher that waited an hour in the drive through for a pickup, things need to change as for how you handle mobile orders and Doordash pickups. We should not be mixed in with the drive through of people ordering on the spot. At least let only mobile/Doordash orders inside and put up a big sign outside n the door stating that only mobile/Doordash orders are allowed in the lobby. For now, I'm declining every Taco Bell delivery unless it isn't busy or it will drop my...
