Vocelli Pizza — Restaurant in Kiskiminetas Township

So super upset with vercelli pizza vandergrift pa! Friday ordered food they delivered to the wrong house I called in and they realized the driver delivered to wrong address. They got the food out quickly. Spoke to the supervisor she said I'll give you 50% off. Ok it will be 34 and change. Ok thanks!. I looked in my account and seen both the 50% and the larger total she ensured me the lower total would process and the other would not. I looked in my account today and the larger total processed and there's a pending total for even more totaling with both chargers over 110+ dollars. I called and spoke to the person she wouldn't give me the general manager name then when she did she wouldn't give me his last name!! She hung up on me!!!! When I called back she finally gave me his last name. I have already contacted corporate with an email. She wouldn't give me who owned the store she was not helpful and talked over me. Customer alway right ummmmm apparently not at this store. I worked retail and this is not how you treat a customer!!!! I didn't not even care it was delivered to wrong place but don't change me for...

I specifically ordered online and asked for "No contact delivery" This is due to my working In Healthcare and potentially being exposed to the virus. On more then one occasion this vocellis has delivered to the wrong house. They deliver to my neighbors causing me to have to have contact with them to get my food. I prepaid, and tipped to avoid contact with their workers and then they in turn deliver to the wrong house. Mistakes happen but when I called to let them know, the manager gave me straight attitude and made excuses for the driver. Not the first time this manager has given attitude either. How can you continuously deliver to the wrong place when I am a repeat customer. I will no longer be doing business here. Poor...

Vocellis Apollo- my family has been ordering nearly everything on their menu for 15 years. Hands down excellent pizza, friendly service, fast delivery (when we lived in town). Pizza tastes better and is far better quality than dominos or papa John’s and is usually better priced. I’ll never forget the $5 pizza days, we’d stop here stack up and have a picnic. Staff always offers plates and napkins too. Even though we no longer live close, we still stop here as often as we can for a delicious meal we can all share as family. We’ll always be back for more.
