Nikis Quick Six — Restaurant in Parks Township

Haven't ordered the food yet, but have been told its very good, and the value is good as well. Stopped in for a few drinks after getting moved into the local town. Took over 10 minutes to actually get served at the bar the first time unfortunately, which kind of puts me off from wanting to come again. I'm sure I will, but if I have to wait over 10 minutes for a drink every time I want one, I don't think I'll be back a third time...

Edit since living in the town for a bit: Niki's is certainly a nice place. They get overwhelmed some times being the literal only bar in town, but the bar tenders are always friendly, and as attentive as they can be when there are 200 people to serve. The food is definitely good. The mozzarella sticks are delicious! Nikis is located where I grew up and I've been to both of the locations a bunch of times. I love the subs, especially the Italian, and it's a great place to grab a beer when I'm back that way. I read a recent review where someone mentioned the service and if there is any gig it's probably the service which I would describe as sometimes "not enthusiastic" depending on who is working. That said, hiring in the valley is probably a challenge so I also get it. Generally, the food and atmosphere far overshadow any minor wait or inconvenience to get someone's attention. Most of the employees just stand around or are on their phones taking Snapchat selfies. This is why shared tips need to be done away with do away with them and the employees will have motivation to work and not sit around half the time until shared tips are done away with no more tip from me .
