Went in to by my 6 yr old nephew a used tablet so he could use the educational app my mother is paying 25 a month for. Told the cashier that and he assured me that the tablet(s) he was selling me "can get on the internet and download apps" it turns out that neither app is supported by either of the parent companies(Samsung, Amazon) anymore and there is absolutely zero ways to update them. They are completely useless. I bought two just to make sure my nephew had at least one that would work. I spent 60 which sucks but the real issue is that the dude would just flat out lie to a customer, especially one that asked him a specific question about needing specific features for a Child's educational app and just a kids education in general. My mom stopped in and told him about it and he said, "They aren't returnable, I don't know what people do when they leave here." Yeah, well they are factory reset, just like when you sold them to me. My fault for trusting a business I suppose but, I mean, that is absolute P.O.S. crackhead type behavior. If you can't help someone just say so. Hope that 60 was worth it. Ok so I have bought many things from here with no problem until today. I needed a laptop to do classes for my new job and he was nice enough to deliver it to me. Well the laptop is a 2015 HP notebook that was factory reset. The laptop will not connect to my wifi at all because it needs updated. To update the laptop it costs money. So now not only am i stuck with a laptop that is basically useless im out almost 100$ and cannot do my required assignments for work. My only advice is check the electronics before you leave the store to make sure it works. I trusted this place as I always have but this time I really got screwed....
