great wok — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I ordered online and picked up the order. I ordered egg foo young and the sauce was sour. I tried to tell the lady over the phone but she argued that she did not have an order from me. So I drove to the Location again with the food. Once we got there she said we had to get a refund from door dash because the order was placed online. I kept trying to explain that the gravy was rancid but she insisted it wasn’t. I order the same meal every time so I would know that it tasted like vinegar i stead of gravy. Ultimately I left with the food and frustrated so my husband will call the bank to cancel the payment. Sad since it was the only decent place we had found. Now we have no Chinese...

Quality starting to go down and there's been more and more inconsistencies in food ingredients. If you're low on some specific vegetable just say so, it's not okai to start throwing on new ingredients in meal n not tell people. Ended up with half my entree being gross mushrooms and those ridiculously hard inedible tiny corns, and was served half the amount of chicken then the previous times ive ordered same item. I order the plain fried rice with general tso with extra sauce. They fill it to the brim! I order from here all the time! I use to order from Benny wongs all the time but their rice is much harder now and their general tso is much more mild and sweet now rather then it being spicy anymore. The sauce here though is flavourful and spicy (not extremely but enough to give you a kick!) I always recommend this place to people wanting general tso chicken with rice. They even give you options for your side rather then just pork fried rice!...
