The person at the register was great. The barista though, she did not make my drink correctly and then was extremely rude when I asked if she could please add what was ordered. She turned and said that I have to order it be made that way. I had. It was on the cup. But she's already made it wrong and couldn't fix it without making another one but I took it anyway. Read moreDuring my recent visit to Starbucks, yet again, I couldn't get a simple decaffeinated cold brew. It's disheartening for such a large chain like Starbucks to not offer this. (This is the reason for giving only one star).
The service and treatment at this specific location were good, but I left feeling disappointed once more.
