Jeff's Pizza — Restaurant in Knightstown

Sadly after multiple recommendations to try Jeffs, my family truly hated it.

When I called within 10 mins of getting home with my pizza and breadsticks order to, complain about the taste and texture and offer my input on what can be done. I was Confronted with hostility.

I asked if the dough is fresh. The 18 in pizza dough is frozen. The dough is the largest problem my family had with the pizza.

We have compared it to Cardboard, sawdust, something forgotten about and freezer burned for years.

Being a Veteran I have eaten some questionable things served up at the chow hall, packaged in MRE's and covered with Iraqi sand/dust.

All other dough as I also found out is produced off site and stored in your refrigerators until they are used.

Because of the amount of time it took me to get to Knightstown and would require for another roundtrip. I attempted to explain that I DID NOT AND STILL DO NOT WANT A NEW ORDER. That due to time and distance it is not a financially feasible choice for my family.

I am sad that everyone who had told us about your pizza had such an alternative experience.

I Offered to bring the remaining pizza back for a refund of what my family did NOT eat. On another day when my errands will bring me to that area. (Monday afternoon). After trying to talk to the manager on duty I still found no compromise. I explained I would accept the gift card even though I paid CASH, and we could not agree on a full refund.

Jeff's pizza is great,they have a salad and pizza bar and the service is really great,they make a variety of pizzas constantly fresh and hot,they made just about every kind of pizzas,if you are a hot food person, they had a chicken and jalapeno and cheese ,it was Delicious and I recommend Jeff's pizza to anyone, the salad bar is only 6.99 for adults and 3.99 for children we paid only $44. My favorite place for pizza, true. But, I love their nachos, too! Their pizza is an upside down creation with the cheese on top, hiding an emense portion of fresh toppings underneath. When you pick up the box for the first time, you'll know immediately by the weight of it that you've been had by all those chain pizza franchises.
