McDonald's — Restaurant in Knob Noster

Normally this is the McDonald’s I prefer because their food tends to be hot and fresh. I went thru today 05/21 at 10:53 am and ordered a 2b which is a QTR PNDR w cheese and bacon with a large fry and large sweet tea and a mcchicken w light lettuce. I had to pull forward and wait 10 mins for my food. When I drove the 5 mins back to my house and sat down to eat my food was cold and my 2b didn’t have bacon. I called 2 times and my call was declined. Called from a different phone the third time and the call went thru, to which the employee had NOTHING but attitude to give. I asked a question and she responded w sass and then when I asked her to lose her tone she then proceeded to get louder and more disrespectful. I asked her and I quote. “So ma’am, without the attitude, am I able to come up and get a new HOT AND FRESH meal?” Line was silent other than background noise. I said “HELLOOOO!?” To which she started screaming at me. I told her to stop yelling because my reaction was appropriate and she screamed “I’m not yelling !!!” I said “ma’am you’re not even letting me get a word out. Stop screaming. I know your manager and I’ll handle this. I asked a simple question and all you had to offer was sass. You signed up for this job and now you’re unwilling to uphold your end.” She hung up somewhere along the last sentence after she finally stopped yelling at me. I’ve been in contact with the manager and it will be handled. This is mainly for a paper trail on that employee, I don’t anticipate she’ll be...

Told us the frappe machine was down, and that there was no iced coffee. She put the order in completely wrong and had an attitude the whole time.

We asked the girl at the first window to ask them to change the sprite to a sweet tea and she said we had to tell them at the next window. (Pretty sure, as a former employee, that they have a button to communicate).

The guy at the window didn't even greet us, just looked at us and faced his back towards the window.

We had to ask them to change a drink because the lady was not at all clear about what drink she was talking about and all we changed was a sprite to a sweet tea. Which, having worked at a McDonald's, I know it takes 5 seconds to get ice and make it quick.

Then they made us wait 15 minutes outside, watching them take everyone's food out but ours.

My mother's sandwich was burnt, with next to no ranch or bacon. The fries were old as hell and only half full, with no spillage in the bag. Nothing was fresh, and after spending over 20 minutes at this place, most of it was waiting, I expected something fresh.

The girl from the first window ended up giving us our food and our sweet tea, laughing about how she "could have swore" that she saw us 10+ minutes ago.

You're literally better off going to Sedalia or warrensburg for McDonald's, skip this place if...

I was there at 11:20am according to my receipt. Drive thru was busy, but the young African American lady was getting people through there like a boss! I only ordered a Carmel hot choc nonfat no whip no food. She ask me to pull up to the third window she would have someone bring it out to me. I counted 20 plus cars passing me with their orders, which included bags of food as well as drinks. I saw in my rearview mirror she noticed I was still waiting at the third window. Next thing I know, here she came with what she believed was my drink. She apologized bc she had instructed a coworker to deliver my drink 10 min. ago, she said. I thanked her and left. Down the road, I open my drink to find out it wasnt what I ordered at all and I probably would have just drank it, but it was covered in whip cream. Very disappointed since it's 12...
