Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Knob Noster

Against the recommendation of a few people I know I ordered a pizza from this location because its convenient to my house in knob. The only positive thing was my pizza was done in the given amount of time. When I first arrived a girl with crazy hair dangling all over the place comes out of the kitchen with swear pants on, I thought perhaps she was just new, this was not the case because her nane tag said manager. In a place that mashes Makes food I would expect her to be a little more together so no hair gets in my food plus if your the manager you should be showing employees how to dress appropriately. I move on from this and get my stuffed crust pizza home and I pay extra for stuffed crust because I want a cheesy crust not extra cheese on my pizza and none in the crust. To top my experience off I bite into my pizza and the Canadian bacon is so hard I can't even enjoy the pizza I was once craving. I ordered my food for delivery, I received a text that my order was out for delivery at 6:41 the driver FINALLY shows up at 7:26 the boxes were soggy and the container my wings were in was completely smashed flat, the pizza was soggy and Luke warm! The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude when I called and just kept saying they have been busy tonight but would remake it! I really don’t want to wait another 90 minutes for the potential that my pizza will come back just the same way I got it! I've had a pretty crazy relationship with this Pizza Hut. They forgot my sauce twice, can't find my house half the time, and once delivered crumpled pizza. HOWEVER, they are always more than willing to apologize and fix any mistakes. They call when they're lost and are very nice. They even fix my mistakes when I accidentally order something wrong online and have to call. They are friendly and understanding enough to make me another pizza without any questions asked.
