I’m giving 3 stars because Rhonda was very kind and helpful, but the male that was with her was not. My sandwiches were already made but their internet went out and wanted me to pay cash. I didn’t have cash and asked to wait until the internet came back on. I waited a few minutes and then asked if I could make an online order to pay for my (2) sandwiches. Rhonda said it was a great idea but the guy said it probably won’t go through.. so I did not try and do that. The guy looked at me and said “there’s an ATM up the street” and I told him I didn’t have the time to go there and come back because I had 2 hungry babies at home (if I left, I was going to pick something else up but since the sandwiches were already made, I tried to stick out the wait).. but he said “well then I don’t know what to do for you”… Rhonda proceeded to ask me what sandwiches I ordered and ended up paying for my food! I want to praise Rhonda, but not so much the guy she was working with. She didn’t have to pay for my food, but did so out of the kindness of her heart! The sandwiches were already made and you can’t recycle them or give them to someone else so either way (sending me away because I don’t have cash or letting me take home anyways) would’ve lost them money so I didn’t understand why the guy was making such a big deal about it or being snarky. Placed a pickup order and when I arrived to get the order the salad looked different than it had in the past. By the time we got home and I got it out the salad, it was cut up like a chopped salad (which they have never done before). It was so drenched in the ranch dressing it was soggy and inedible. There was only like 3 pieces of small, cut up chicken in the whole thing. I called to ask if I could get it remade another day because we live 30 minutes away from this location. Whoever answered said I’d have to bring the salad back TODAY to get it remade. We spent over $40 on our order and have frequented this restaurant. I’m absolutely appalled at the service and at their ‘resolution’. I asked if I could just send a picture of the salad and he refused. I understand store policies but it was a $7 salad that shouldn’t have been chopped up in the first place, let alone sitting in a puddle of dressing. Will take my business elsewhere...

My fiance & I ordered online. I ordered a rotisserie chicken sub with mayo, olives, guac, & a couple other things. My fiance ordered a buffalo chicken sub with ranch. When we picked up our orders, came home, and opened our sandwiches. Mine had NO guac, NO olives, and had ranch. My fiance's had guac which was not requested. We decided to return the sandwiches since they were not close to correct. The lady was very rude about it and claimed that the ranch on my sandwich was mayo when it was very much so ranch. She remade both sandwiches but this time put the smallest amount of ingredients possible into our sandwiches(barely any meat or veggies) and then single handedly gave us our sandwiches. We were not rude at all, in fact we get it mistakes happen. However, she gave us attitude as if it was our fault.
