Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Knowlton Township

This place was super busy this afternoon and the workers were smiling and being so super nice to everyone even in the stressful, busy environment today. The food took a little while to get but I understood because they were so busy and the food was perfect so it was well worth my wait. I gave 1 star because the manager (I'm guessing... she was in the black uniform and screaming) was yelling at the employees loudly in front of all of the customers. Several of us were completely stunned that she would do that so publicly. If the food isn't coming out quickly enough, do your scolding in private or take them to a back room. You never yell in front of the customers, especially not at chick fil a where they are known for their niceness. You do not degrade and disrespect your workers like that. I am honestly surprised no one walked out on her...she was so loud and did this the entire time I was there. I was embarrassed for the workers. They smiled through it anyway and still made it a point to be kind to the customers. The manager even stormed out to go to the bathroom, yelling and flailing arms...

Stopped at this chick fil a in early November 2024. Ordered a chicken sandwich, nuggies, fries, shake, water.

Had pictures…but they’re gone. Waited at the drive though window for 10+ minutes watching the employees walk back n forth like they were busy but doing nothing at all. It was long enough for someone to pull in front of me, have their toddler use the restroom and leave before I got my food. Several cars behind me, I’m thinking this is gonna be some fresh stuff! LMFAO

Nuggies reminded me of dried out worms on my driveway in spring. They were extra salty and DRY, totally nasty like they cooked them under a heat lamp.

Fries soggy and warm, and definitely not a full container, unless it seemed like less because they must have soaked up water on the counter and shoved them in the container.

Milkshake, the whipped cream was melted and liquified on top of the shake.

Chicken sandwich was cold not warm but cold.

What upset me most..it was like $35 for this crap.

Where’s the quality control. Avoid it and get yourself some gas station...

This is not a regular Chick Fil A. Be aware, employees have a disgusted attitude and terrible customer service. I was so excited to have my dad actually try chick fil a , for the first time. Since the beginning I could of sense a bland careless attitude from the girl at the register , didn’t stop there Not only the female handling the orders that were ready was ignoring his question about our drinks, but the next employee who was helping with making the drinks was constantly telling us to hold on. Now I totally am understanding when a place is under staffed or over work. I too worked in the same line of work. However their attitude was not pleasant, a simple we will work on it in a moment or I’m sorry will have yours shortly would of been enough. His repetitive hold on was no willing to even hear what I was missing, like I was bordering him. Mind you food here is expensive compared to fast food chains, I paid for the service already not asking for hands out. Definitely not the warm pleasant chick fil a , as that’s one of their main...
