Starbucks — Restaurant in Knowlton Township

This Starbucks is not app user friendly. Can't pre-order, can't scan the QR code, and can't seem to get orders right. How does a Starbucks run out of milk and mocha? At 2 pm? Good thing I drink black coffee. I ordered a "Thanksgiving Blend", big orange sign on the brewer, cashier looked at me like I had 3 heads, I did the old chin motion for her to turn around. That worked 😄. Now the real fun part, watching the baristas figure out how to make this cup of black coffee. The end result was they served me a blond, and that was that . We were going to stroughtsburg PA and stopped over here for a Starbucks . Parking was a little small but not much crowd that day and we got a parking right outside the entrance . Located right near the exit in I78 and it is convenient .

Restroooms were clean and usable . There are some tables inside to sit and eat. Starbucks was good . We ordered cortado with brown sugar and coffee.. it was good. There was no sugar and we had to go back and add it back . Original coffee was also good. Service could be a bit faster . Priced perfectly ok. Good experience...

We frequently go to this location and they are constantly out of products. This has been a problem for many months now. We went twice this past weekend and they couldn’t make any Frappuccino drinks either day. How can this be such an ongoing issue? We drive 20 minutes to get to the store and walk away empty handed.
