Asian Hibachi & sushi — Restaurant in Knoxville

I was craving sushi, but I didn't want to break my bank. I looked up sushi places nearby and saw this place. As soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised with a wonderful smile and a very friendly welcome. I waited no time before I was sat down and immediately got drinks. I ordered a crunchy California roll and general tso's, and the person I was with got the tempura roll and teriyaki chicken. The sushi arrived very rapidly and before I could finish, the main dish arrived. The presentation of the both was incredible and the flavors were outstanding. I stole a bite of the teriyaki chicken and the teriyaki glaze enhanced the flavor of the chicken to the next level. The general tso's wasnt spicy, but VERY tasty! Plus the provided a hot sauce that added the exact spice I wanted. There was a generous portion of fluffy sticky fried rice in a perfect dome shape with each meal. I was enjoying take out for the umpteenth time when I realized I’d never left a review. This place has—hands down—THE best orange chicken in Knoxville. I have some texture issues with food, and consistency can be a hard thing to come by—but this place never fails. The single time there was an issue with our delivery order, they went above and beyond to make it right and it has never happened again. It is a challenge to not devour the entire dish in one sitting—not because there isn’t enough, but because it’s so delicious and crisp that it’s hard to stop eating. There is always enough for two solid meals (if my self control doesn’t waver LOL).
