UPDATE: Ok this is an update to a review that was done 3 years ago and this store still hasn't managed to figure out how to get orders completed and out the door in a decent amount of time. I ordered an uncomplicated order (sandwich, pasta, boneless nuggets and chocolate lava cakes) and it has been in prep mode for 1hr 25 min so far. This is completely unacceptable! What needs to be done in order to actually get food in a reasonable amount of time from here. I can order from any other pizza place, and have done so recently because we were fed up with such long ways, and had food within the 30-40 min that they indicate, and here is the shocking part, MY ORDER IS CORRECT. I decided to see if domino's had figured out and fixed their issues and low and behold they have not. Save your time and money and order from someone else.
They won't get your order right. Out of the last 5 orders 1 had been right. In the last week I have made an order that was a pizza and garlic bites where they left 3 toppings off (it also came with the top of the box crushed into the pizza so lost have time cheese) and today I ordered 3 sandwiches, one was mango habenero that I asked for no pineapple and the order looked like they added double pineapple. Read moreI ordered food around 9 o’clock on 12/23/21. I kept checking the online tracker two hours later and my food still hadn’t been made. I get a call from an employee trying to talk me into canceling my order telling me that my order is almost nearly last on the screen and I informed them that I still want my order. I called to speak to the manager and got hung up on twice. My significant other called actually spoke to the manager named autumn. She told him that he can come down there make the food himself and Hung up on him. So, we go down there to see what’s going on and low and behold the said manager is in a car outside laughing with one of her friends or whatnot. So, we go inside and find out that the order had been voided which i did not agree to. I was in complete shock that had been done without my consent or knowledge. They did not offer to remake the food there was no apology or anything they just said they can’t make it because it got voided. Instead, they just gave us old food that had been ordered and canceled with other peoples information on it such as addresses, phone number etc. This type of information should not be given out. The attitude and behavior of the staff/ manager of this location was completely unacceptable, Unprofessional etc. Period....
Read moreFood was great but it'd be nice if the closing time on here and on the app was the same as at the store. Us online order people obviously don't go there and see what time they close before ordering. It'd be nice if it would get updated so they would quit having people go there after they close the lobby. I would do delivery, but between not wanting to pay extra and the fear of them leaving something out & getting my order wrong, I think it's best to do carryout. But, like I said, the food was good so I can't complain about that Edit 11/3/2020: I ordered on the app again and the tracker said my order was ready. I walked in, and the dude at the register asked if I had an online order. I said yes. He said he was making it. Then finally 10 or 15 minutes later he hands me my boxes. If you're gonna scan or whatever to make it send me an email saying my order's ready, make it actually be true. Ain't the whole purpose of ordering on the app so I won't have to wait in there? Man, this place really wants to lose a customer it seems like. Edit 11/13/2020: STILL having to wait on an online order even though the tracking says it's ready. Damn, y'all just lost a customer.
