Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Knoxville

The last 2 or 3 times I ordered from this location it takes a little over 2.5 hours for a delivery, and when I called the store no one answered and I sat on hold for 30 minutes listening to the recording hoping someone would answer the phone. I used another phone and called.and the manager answered on the 3rd ring, probably saw the caller Id and saw it was someone who ordered and didn't want to answer. The manager said it was just her and a driver working and it was the 3rd of July, really a day before a holiday and 2 people working. In my opinion if a company has issues keeping employees the company needs to look at the manager, usually when a business has trouble keeping employees it's because the employees can't stand how the manager works or lack of work or doesn't care aboutanything. The driver was really nice that delivered and it's the only good thing I have to say about the store is the driver. But me and my family has ordered from this location since it opened and after papa John's opened Domino's just went down hill and dont even care, I wouldn't be sad at all if they closed. Actually they need to close so we can get another food place out this way. I dont see how dominos is still in business here. I will not be back there ever again and dont recommend anyone else going there either unless you want to deal with a store manager(Tori) who can't take responsibility and own up to her(Tori) mistakes. I placed my order at 5:30pm on 6/05/21 my order said it was at quality check by 5:55pm. Finally around 7:40pm it tells me my order was delivered when it fact it was not. Not only was my order done for nearly two hrs before claimed it was delivered to me. It never made it to my neighborhood. I tried calling the store several times. Waited for over an hr and never was able to get through. My husband drove down there twice! Only to find the doors locked even though it clearly states that the location is open and is practicing social distancing and the lobby is to be open. We tried calling throughout evening to no avail. I didn't even want my order I just wanted my money back as I spent over $40 for absolutely nothing! We waited and tried to call again this morning and no one would answer the phone. Called again got told we were being put on hold and waited 30 mins and no one ever came back on. My husband drove down there yet again to only be told that if our pizza really wasn't delivered then we should be refunded 3-5 business days from now...and if we aren't then we are to come back down and talk to "Michael" and he would take care of us... I try not to give low rating because, stuff happens. We decided while driving, to try and order a pizza and drive by and pick up. One pizza turned into 2 Pizzas and a sandwich.. order placed. Order accepted. 35 minutes later I walked out if store with food which app was showing hadn't been started yet. Someone called and advised that our order was finished, but the second pizza which was ordered with mushrooms, couldn't be fulfilled as they were out. Sitting outside, we picked peppers. Then waited, 20 + minutes. App insisted food was being prepared. At 35 minutes into the process of the original suggested time of 15 minutes from order our order would he ready, we were told that it may be an hour because the walk in cooler was down and they dint have staffing. Excluding the delivery driver there were 4 people standing around fussing about the cooler and letting me know it would be an hour. Since we ordered on line, we couldn't cancel.our order or get a refund. The staff walked away. I asked if any of the order was ready and a guy said, I'm finishing it now, your ready. WOW
