Much like many of these reviews I would've given 0 if available. I placed my order online. During this pandemic I've been very understanding to places not having certain menu items or even changing their menu. After placing and paying for my order and was told it would be available at 7:20, I arrived at 7:18 and waited in line for 10 minutes to get my order. I was told when I asked for my order that she had not started making them yet. I was then told there was no flat bread for one of the sandwiches, then was told there was no ribs for the other sandwich. I stepped out of line to contact the other person I had ordered for to see what we wanted to do. We opted on a refund and go somewhere else. Again during this pandemic I get it that places are out of things. I requested a refund that had been paid online and was going to leave. I was told they couldn't refund cards and that I would have to return the next day to get a cash refund from the manager. That's when it ended for me. I said absolutely NO WAY I would get my refund either to my card in a few days or cash NOW! The girl got on the phone to her manager and I received a cash refund within about 5-10 minutes. Normally I'm even understanding to the employee verses management and I told the employee I wasn't taking it out on her it was a management problem and apologized for being a little abrasive. She never commented, smiled or anything. Handed me my money with no apologies for the bad service or problem. I will NEVER go there again unless it's under new management. I even gave a good example to their STUPID policy. What if I'd been traveling out of town (this location is right off the interstate and advertised on the interstate sign) I pulled up the Subway nearest me and placed an online order. I get there to find out they don't have what I want. Ask for a refund, and get told I have to come back the next day for a cash refund. WHO DOES THAT????? I plan to call corporate tomorrow as well. I would also like to add that this was the first restaurant I've visited in the last couple of months that WERE NOT wearing masks even though it's county mandated and ALL the customers were...
Read moreThe flat bread I got was too dry to be cooked that day. It was at least a day old if not more. I never had a problem ever with Subway. Subway is always fresh. And if they ever forgot something, they would give it to me, apologise with a smile. This guy was a source puss. No smile, no apoolgies.
We bought two simple meals (with chips or 2 cookies with drink). My husband got his chips.
I ordered cookies. There was none in the bag, in fact there was no bag. I had to ask the guy. He said I did not order it. I said it was suppose to come with the meal (it always did and this is not the first time I have ordered from Subway). So he gave me one. When it came time to eat my cookies there was only one in the bag. I went back and asked him where the other one was. He again argued that the one I had was free and that he did not charge me for it. Plus there was only one chocolate chip cookie. I again had to tell him the it came with the meal. So he gave me three double chocolate cookies. No smile no apologies.
I am serious considering contacting Subway. But I don't know if this is a franchise. This guy was so looking as if he needed a vacation or he was not happy with his job. I don't know, I don't care. He was rude, no apologies, no smile.

Read moreI was a customer of Subway from the 1970's until 1/30/2023 at 6:50 PM when my sandwich was put aside for about 15 minutes after coming out of the oven while they worked on finishing previous orders on 4 subs then another worker brought out a called or texted in order for two subs which they started on and also started on the gentlemen's order who came in after me. I stood there with my Inogen oxygen concentrator for at least 15 minutes before they started on the order for the gentleman after me and I spoke up and got a "Hang on. We'll get to it". And I got out of line and left. This store is convenient to my house and I'm there frequently. I like Subway, but will not return to this store and maybe after this case of rudeness stops bothering me, I'll go to one when I'm out downtown. My wife also is disappointed, we used to enjoy our take home meals from this Riverview Crossing store. Note to franchisee, you've had some great people work there, why do they keep leaving?
