Worst experience ever and I was in the drive through!!! I come in the pouring rain to this Popeyes and at the intercom Iām told to pull up to the window because the rain is so loud that the person inside cannot hear meā¦so I stay in line and wait about 15-20 mins in order to get to the window to place my order.. once I finally get there the lady asks me what I want and then boom lightning strikes and now their system shuts down and restarts and they tell me that itāll be at least 15 more minutes before the system comes back up and then they can take my order⦠and the lady at the window then asked me to pull over and park due to the fact that their system had just restarted and I asked what about the six cars behind me do they also need to pull over and park due to the fact that your system needs to be restarted and she said I guess that they will have to and she said also that I could possibly come inside and have a seat, but then the rest of the staff was saying to her. Why would they do that? The system doesnāt work so thereās no point in even doing it so essentially I just got sent away without ordering anything wasting my time and in a full storm and granite, the lightning is not their fault but the way they handled the customer service due to the fact that I had already been waiting for about 20 minutes just to place an order to be shoot away like that itās utterly insane. This is the worst Popeyes experience Iāve ever had and I donāt suggest anybody go here. Honestly, this one should be shut down because the other ones in the city...

I was ordering five piece chicken tender combo and a large size smash potato and a large size string and I paid for my food my drink I have her to cashier give me my cup so I can fill up my beverages so I went to the fountain station to fill up my drink then I put my drink at the table after I sit at the table. Cash said my order was ready. I went to the front counter and pick up my order and there was a customer accusing me that I took his order when I literally can that is my order, and that customer accused me of taking his order saying that excuse me, sir thatās mine and then Iāll later walk back to him and said nothing and then the employee said to Customer accusing me of stealing his order telling him that thatās not his order and telling me that the order that I picked up from the front counter, it was actually my order that had a five piece chicken tender, and a biscuit and a large size smashed potato with gravy and I donāt like that customer accusing me stealing thank you the employee for standing out for me and I appreciate the Popeyes Louisiana kitchen employees stand up for me when I just taking my own order and nobody else order. because I ordered the same exact meal here like about three or four times this past weeks and last month and thatās all is 5 stars...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am shocked by the lack of organization, attention and effort I witnessed at this location. The drive thru was 8 cars deep so I went inside. I witnessed 3 workers lounging outside smoking in the corner. Inside, it was messy with the trash bins overflowing and drink station had caps/napkins, etc strewn everywhere. I shouldāve walked out like so many people had but I apparently lacked good judgement that day. I ordered thru the cashier āDeangeloā -according to the receipt- and Deangelo took awhile to get the order correct. Deangelo seemed confused with two combos I ordered & acted like this was the last place they wanted to be. I waited for 30 minutes and watched total chaos as people were walking out, less staff became visible, and many people getting their orders messed up or some customers getting their orders way before others who had been waiting. I walked up to the counter to find my order was totally forgotten about. The amount of time it took Deangelo to pack fries into a bag was astounding. Look, I know itās hard to find people who want to work fast food positions in todays world. I applaud those who want to work. But this place is not being operated with any direction or sense. How a district or regional manager is allowing the current store manager to run this place into the ground is beyond me. Upper management needs to fix this...
