Krystal — Restaurant in Knoxville

First off drive thru lady does not listen. I asked her questions about items. Refused to listen. Then had a nerve to say. Can you hurry up and place your order. I told her I tried to order 5 times. You don't listen. Then a smart mouth young manager came on and said in a smart tone "I am not taking your order" I explained I tried to order and ya drive thru lady doesn't listen. He then said get out of my drive-thru we can talk about it outside. So I pulled around and waited. He came out side and was yelling you don't disrespect my employees. And then had a nerve to clock back like about to take a swing at me. So quickly took out phone and said fine well do it over tiktok. And then his tough guy self ran away. But my point is if doing it to me? Wonder how many others he attempted to or hit? People that need anger management should not be qualified to be a manager. Highly was upset. And can't believe they have a young punk as a manager. Will never do business with that Krystal's location again. And letting everyone of my tiktok 16k followers know as well. Would not recommend that location to a goldfish let alone real people. If hire mean mugging...

We just had their breakfast a few days back at the Clinton Hwy location in Knoxville, TN and it was really good. I was so surprised! My Dad has always raved about it. We got the breakfast plates with coffee. The eggs are cooked to order and were very good. The bacon was on point. I always like their hashbrowns. The biscuits were also cooked perfectly. The staff was so friendly even when they were a bit short handed ( I think they were short handed due to there were only three of them as normally I see more employees) and they had two new employees to train that day. We didnt have a wait time at all and the drive thru seem to flow quickly for breakfast time. Kudos to the cook, she was running around getting orders together and bringing them to tables if need be. They all seem to work as a team. The store was clean as well. It was refreshing to see several elderly men eating breakfast in the corner. From what I gathered they do this often and are regulars. It reminds me of the old days where if the breakfast was good, growing up that's what you saw at local fast...

Owners should go ahead and fire this girl and shut this place down. Sat for 30 min for one single combo (because I already paid and the doors were locked so I couldn't get a refund) all while this worker sat on her phone while taking our payment and while we waited, after handling food without gloves and picking up food that is cooked for customers and eating it. Do better man. Smh awful place review the cameras. 06/13/2024 arrived at 9:15 left around 9:50pm. Also the the male working tonight was the only one working, he did it all which is probably why it took forever because phone time was more important to the female worker. Of course after she fed herself with people's ordered food. Also the food order was wrong and was given NO receipt by the female worker either. No cheese on the chili cheese fries which tasted and looked horrid, and no plain cheese kyrstals that we ordered yet they were all missing pickles though 😵‍💫 Pretty awful experience.
