Me and my husband came here due to us wanting to try the soups with fufu, the teenager was rude but the young girl was as sweet as can be which is the only reason I didn’t walk out without buying something. We got the okra soup and fufu, this was our first experience with African food but it had zero flavor it was a real let down on top of the teenage girls rudeness not only was so rude to us but also to the two younger kids that rung us up

Food was good. Generous portions. However, we felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff. Not very friendly at all. Had to take the food to go. Google Maps said the restaraunt was open from 12-8pm on Saturday, but we had to wait 20 minutes in the car, because it actually wasn't open until 2pm. Did not feel it was worth the 40 minute drive, just for the food. Doubt we will return.

This was my first experience with African food, and if "Authentic" African food tastes like THIS, my last experience. The meat on the Kabob was tough, cold and dry. The chicken was at the VERY LEAST a day or two old, as well as dry and unflavored and as you can see my rice had no carrots, peas OR flavor. I won't be returning.

I was very disappointed in the food and I would only return if I wanted to purchase some of the grocery items. This place is a real dive...located in a run down strip mall that is difficult to locate. The interaction with the people (employees) was unpleasant to say the least. I was clearly an unwelcome visitor. I had a "Groupon" coupon which they would not honor that could have part of the reason. I decided to order anyway since I was excited to try this style of cooking. So....several of the items I wanted they were out of. I ordered two dinners one was fried chicken (5 wings only) with a lightly seasoned couscous with a diced onion, tomato, cucumber like salsa; second was grilled talipa(whole fish..head included) heavily seasoned that was very tasty served with a seasoned rice(red in color)mixed with slivers of carrots and onion also with some of the tomato salsa mix. The fish was very good just dealing with the bones(which I don't mind)that you have to be careful of. Cost was almost $20. Meals were filling. Atmosphere non existent, unfriendly environment. I got my meals to go. There are tables to sit at but ..... I can not recommend visiting this place which is unfortunate because I was excited to try...

I can't speak for takeout but do not order delivery! After an hour of my driver waiting at the restaurant I called and they apologized for the wait and said the food was about to be done and they were going to give it to my driver. 30 minutes later the restaurant still had not finished the order. I had to cancel because we were going to a prescheduled event. Complete waste of my...
