West Haven Center — Local services in Knoxville

I stopped in at Lucky Day as I used the parking lot to meet up with a friend to go elsewhere. He no showed so I got to spend some time in the store. I had been to Lucky Day before some time back and like everywhere, inflation as taken a toll on the wallets of Americans. The store was definitely inflated pricing from, say, a year ago. Pricing that seemed a bit steep. If you're a reseller, this would not be the place to stock up on items. The deals were few and far between. There are 75pct off days offered occasionally, may be the best time to go. I walked out with a couple of items but left quite a few behind, looked and set it down. That was with 20pct off. Cool items can be had though. Vintage, couple of interesting antiques...

The main thing is the entire parking lot is in poor condition. Lot of pot holes, parking spaces need paint, etc. But there is plenty of parking. It is difficult to get out of & on one side often dangerous. But the stores here are terrific! @ each of the stores the employees are great & the quality of service is too. Parking is limited for the businesses , not having any where to park is 30 percentage of customers and not having enough is part of weather or not a business can last , I do appreciate the customer service that is obvious in each establishment and that is refreshing for the times...
