This is one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had in Knoxville. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt but this has now happened more than once. Walk in and wait over 4 min for someone even to acknowledge my family was present. The manager even walked out the door and didn't say a word. Employees "Dasia" were busy cutting up and being on their phone before we were even asked to place an order. Food followed the lack of care the facility seems to have. Of Google would allow a picture I'd gladly post one. It would be different if it were a staffing issue. Being understaffed and having to wait is one thing. Having a total lack of ownership and being consumed with your cellphone and personal agenda at the expense of paying guests is another. This location lacks leadership and direction. I understand that it is not in one of the more upscale locations in the Knoxville area but someone has invested their time and money to create a franchise here. I am not sure how or who you get your chicken from but, that is the last thing you want to see on your fried checken when you open the box. You could at least have the cook cut the neck off before they drop the chicken in the batter.

My order was simple. 8 piece family meal... All they had ready at 5 PM was breast so I said ok that will be fine. The sides were slaw and mashed potatoes with gravy. 3 of the breast still had the necks attached to them when they were battered, fried and PUT in the box. The lg slaw the container was only half full. 3.I was giving 3 small containers of potatoes. 4.The gravy was so watered down that it looked like brown water in the cup. So because of that cashier rung up side green beans and an order of 3 wings. I apologized and said I understand that the way I talk it probably sound like I said green beans. She actually went off on me even after I apologized to her twice. She rudely closed tge window and cntinued to fuss at me all kinds of hand gestutes while she was going off. The manage finally came and I requested a full refund and it took the manager ~2min to give me my money back and the employee continued to be rude and disrespectful in front of the manager while I waited on my refund.
