I ordered lunch for a coworker and myself today via Door Dash. I was not happy and will not be back to this location. The driver brought the wrong order and it was 2 foot longs so full the bag was starting to rip. Well she goes back (as I am 2 blocks down from this Subway), and brings me back the most absurd and pathetic sandwiches I have ever seen. They were so small, we thought that maybe they messed up again.... My coworker ordered the vegan patties, but received the veggie delight (which costs less than the the vegan patties), and BOTH of our sandwiches were essentially roll ups with almost nothing in them except the tiny bread they gave us. They weren't even 2" wide, were incorrect, and absolutely not worth $8 each.
I understand you may be short staffed & it's not necessarily your fault the driver took the wrong order, but this is ridiculous and is the 3rd time I've had issues with this location with or without Door Dash. Do better for the people who will continue to visit your location.

Read moreWell, I have visited this subway quite a bit, and I'm never disappointed with the lady that normally is there. But this night was different a sandwich artist named Kayla was there sitting in the dining room on her phone and didn't look happy to have people walk in at 6:50 on a Wednesday. Making the first sandwich I asked for bacon to be added , she didn't reply and started on the next one I asked a second time and I got a very quick and hateful toned response of "I'm getting it" . This made myself very uncomfortable and I had my husband finish the order and pay. We did dine in since we didn't want our food to be cold and she went right back to sitting in the dining room watching videos loud enough for us to hear.
