This only gets 2 stars instead of 1 because the beer cheese and pretzel app was super good. The experience was terrible. When I first arrived my friend and his wife had already been there about 20 minutes and then I sat there for 10 minutes before the server finally appeared. I ordered a drink and my friend asked about a side of fries they ordered and the server literally said "if you wanted those quicker you should have ordered from the bar" not even sure what that could mean. Another 15 minutes passed and some more friends showed and we again waited 10 minutes for the server to show so they could order drinks and so we could put in a food order. A few minutes later a food runner tried to give us another tables food, no biggie. Then finally the fries and food my original friends had ordered came out. Fast forward 20 minutes and server is no where to be found and again, a runner tries to give us another tables food. Shortly after, the food I ordered (or so I thought) came out but I found it weird considering normally all meals ordered at same time comes out together. I got wings and the sauce was wrong and the dipping sauce was wrong. As I'm eating again a food runner tries to give us someone else food. Then once I finish my wings all of our food comes out, including the actual wings I ordered, so it turns out I was eating some other tables wings the whole time. As we are finishing up all our food the runners again try and give us food not for us and the guy said "sorry bout this, they haven't told us any table the food is supposed to go to so we've been guessing" being now the second comment from an employee that you would never expect to hear. Also, this whole time we haven't seen our server. We get our empty plates taken and put in one more drink order and now for the last 30 minutes we ended up staying here, our server showed up no lie every 5 minutes asking if we needed anything, clearly trying to get us to leave and the place wasn't busy at the time, at least inside where we were, so its not like we were holding up tables. This is by far the worst bar/grill I've been to in town and I will never go again. Terrible service, insanely unorganized and besides the pretzels, the food...

I was in town for work and saw this place had great reviews. I came to watch a football game and have some drinks. I sat at the bar. The bartender when I arrived was great. Friendly and gave great service. Midway through the game her shift ended, and I closed out with her. I ordered food and it was great. But the new bartender fully ignored me the entire time I was there. She took orders and talked to and checked on people to my left and to my right. I’m not the fussy or loud type, so I kept trying to get her attention quietly. My beer sat empty for an entire quarter. She kept her back turned to me, the third quarter and fourth quarter. Finally whoever was also helping her behind the looked at me and I was able to get another beer. When I finished that one, it also sat empty for the longest time. They waited until I went to the restroom to clear away my plate and beer. The football game even went to overtime and I didn’t receive any service in the overtime. All the while people on both sides of me were acknowledged and served. Finally I’d had enough, and I sat my credit card on the bar top in plain view and repeatedly tried to get the attention of the bartender. Still she ignored me. And eventually I got the attention of the one helping her, who closed out my tab for me. sadly i have to finally give up on this place. ive been coming every few months for several years and it was good more often than it wasn't but that's no longer the case. the food is as cold as the service. the regular bartenders are always in a bad mood, roll their eyes when they make mistakes on your tab and dont apologize. burgers are decent (if you're lucky enough to receive yours hot which i rarely am anymore) but fries always old and gross. wings used to be better. cold soggy and small the last few times ive ordered. sometimes when i order to go and wait near their expo they dont even pass my order to me or tell me they just let it sit and get soggy even though im right there. then when i ask about it im treated like an inconvenience. it's just sad when youve been coming for years and tipping 20% minimum to be sighed and eye rolled at. im a bartender at a busy restaurant too, bad days exist, but its become a pattern now not an exception to food and service. all signs of a good place going downhill. i kept going back hoping for a better experience that never happened. it's just not worth the huge bar tab. dont think ill ever be back tbh.
