I just have to brag about Amy! The whole staff at this location is amazing but I usually deal with Amy and spring. I have used the loan services for yours now and never had issues. This past time I got a loan on my ring. And then my family and I had tragedy hit and I just knew and accepted I had lost the ring. Heartbreaking but was my fault ya know. But no.. AMY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND what she was required to do for me. Thanks to her i was able to purchase my ring back. When she brought it out I had tears in my eyes I can’t explain what this ring means to me. I will forever appreciate her for helping me out! I've been coming here for some time now and the staff at this particular location they are exceptional on helping out the customer they have always went above and beyond to help me and make it to where I'm able to get by just to come back and get my stuff the girls in here or excellent good customer service skills more than willing to help very patient don't know of another pawn shop around town that you could even compete with this location I want to thank the employees in there for all their help and courtesy they're very respectful don't look down on anybody for any kind of way treat everybody with the same respect and it's just the next one place to do business but I just want to say thanks again you guys have a great day and...

I read the reviews of 3-4 of the shops located in this general area. Overall, it felt like this shop would end up working out best for me, wanting to get a loan, pawning my laptop. Sure, I saw some negative reviews but I work retail and there are some low-star reviews I read here that I took with a grain of salt based on the attitude used in the writing. My experience could not have gone more smoothly. I was there less than 15 minutes and was able to get the amount I was hoping to get, no haggling involved.
