The staff is nice enough I suppose however how do you run out of beef I had a taco establishment and thanks to covid-19 one of the only establishments open this late, if you do run out of beef I feel like it should not cost extra to substitute for it is not my fault and I am a paying customer who may not have even stopped here if affordable wasn't an option, so to get this straight I'm already having to go out of my comfort zone and ordering more expensive entrees & when I'm paying almost $6 for a quesadilla I expect there to be more then 1/5 with steak and cheese have about 3/5 with cheese and a solid 1/5 is nothing but tortilla if I want tortillas I will go to the grocery store and get about 30 for $5 and if that's not insult enough how about let's not put any syrup in the most popular soda ever served at Taco Bell, Mountain Dew. I feel like there should be a lot more focus put into the fast food industry's #1 ISSUE they need to clearly train and instruct the appropriate method to keeping the Mountain Dew tasting like soda, like it should, I've never paid for carbonated water... at least not until now...

As soon as I pull up I’m told they are out of lettuce…I decide I’ll still order because surely they will put everything else that belongs on my order minus the lettuce. Well I was sadly mistaken. Everything I ordered was just a spot of meat a little blob of sour cream and some cheese. I’m 99.9% sure a chalupa should have tomatoes and my 7 layer burrito should have guacamole tomatoes rice beans and meat but it’s literally just their dog food grade ā€œground beefā€ and a blob of sour cream. Thankfully I have my own pico de gallo at home so I can make this edible. Also, I know not everyone loves working fast food but you have to at least be somewhat pleasant to customers not just make them feel like they are wasting your time ordering food. I’m only giving 2 stars because there have been a few limited times I’ve visited this Taco Bell and they have actually been pleasant and gave me decently put together food but that’s been a while back.

Just waited 40 minutes here . These dumb kids who work here don’t care about work ethics . Just goofing and horse playing around acting dumb while 15 cars sit and wait at a Fast food ?? Taco Bell ? The food is ok the service is horrible . Who ever runs this place needs to fire all these dumb kids this was unacceptable and it’s a nightly occurrence. There were at least 5-6 staff . A couple walked out for a break and realized there were 15 cars waiting to get food so they had to go back in . Does anyone actually work here ? Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. I would rate - negative one million stars if I could . Save yourself 30-45 minutes for a couple burritos go somewhere else don’t eat here . Gas prices are too high to sit here forever while punk kids don’t care about their jobs .

This review is intended for the franchise owner:

From a delivery driver perspective, your restaurant is among the worst in our market's area.

Several nights, I have had to wait in extremely long, slow drive thru lines while my orders sit inside your store, already prepared, growing cold, for 30+ minutes while I watch employees hand deliver food to customers in their cars who order through the taco bell website.

I am 100% certain my orders are ready and waiting inside because I receive confirmation notifications when they are completed. When I call to ask if I can be handed my orders that are waiting inside, getting cold, I am told to continue waiting in the drive-thru line behind those still waiting to even submit an order.

Finally, I get to the window and express my displeasure with your system of operations and I am met with arguments, no option to speak with the store manager, nothing. This is neither fair to me or your customers who are paying for your food and my service. If your store is too busy to handle delivery orders at night then you should stop...
